OK, I'm new but not that new lol, to all this slang/acronyms on IC mag. Can all U tell me what it means, AND THIS WILL HELP NEW USERS TO RELATE AS WELL.

Like for Example I knew these ones already...

Socal=southcali
Lst=low stress training
Ganja=weed
