nutrients choices

I was tinking of going and buying fox farm tiger bloom and big bloom. I was wonderinng how flova nova, b,cuzz, and earth juice suger peak flowering compare? I was hoping for nutrients that make big buds. nere the end of flowering I will be flushing for the last 2 weeks before harvest but will different fertilizers effect taste greatly. I have heard %100 organic buds taste better but because its organic your buds
are not as big?

thanks :cuss: :rasta:

foxfarms is always a good choice to run with, but everything you named is quality. The real trick is - and it usually takes a run or two - is to match your feeding schedule to plant needs, thus a need for familiarity. Organic is a good way to grow, but - and I know I'm going to get flamed for this - there is some science to fertilizers. Its not like they make chemical fertilizers and the industry keeps growing because they don't work. My first year or so growing, I used liquid peters the all purpose (8-8-8) for veg usually only one feeding and then peters bloom booster (2-16-8) for flower. The great thing about peters is it contains all the nutrients and micro nutrients - and it worked great and with a good 2 week flush the buds tasted great. I use a fox farm regimen now and it works just as well if not better. It also should be said that fertilizing only aid the plants, the real key is killer genetics. A member here just did a ecsd or straw-d run and only fed like 2 or 3 times throughout the whole grow and their colas were monsters of scrumptious looking diesel buds. Because of the large selection of diversity of nutes out there, your best bet is to just pick something you like and stick with it until you get the most out of it.

floranova I believe is entirely chemical and i have heard is good things about it. earth juice is entirelly organic and i have heard good things about it. Fox farm is kinda in the middle.

I've run through many different brands, and learned a lot about many different nutrient products over the years......

Finally i have found a new nutrient line that i am really very happy with....
It is called "Sweet & Heavy" and is made by the company Sugar Peak, a subsidiary of the Earth Juice company......there is a 2-part formula and a 3-part formula......the nutrients are designed for "organic hydroponics," but you will get awesome results in soil as well......these nutrients produce some of the best-tasting and best-burning flowers i have ever encountered (tested on an afghani varietal).....

They are easy to use and dissolve amazingly in water (solubility is the key for a good nutrient line).......no pH shifts or accumulation of mineral salts in the soil......

So that's my 2 cents!!! Hope you find the right formula for your specific needs.....
