anyone ever use this stuff on their hermaphrodite plants? I searched icmag with little success on finding any mind blowing evidence. I am having a serious problem with unknown hermies in my room and i want to stop it before it gets too serious. I have been spraying with water now in week 6 of flower to kill any pollen, but would like to take an extra safeguard against pollen from forming/spreading by using this product.

is it worth the $$$ to buy the DM penetrator and Reverse?? or should i just clip any pollen and spray with water until harvest...

Got male flowers? Tired of seeds in your favorite crops? You need Dutch Master Reverse!

Dutch Master Reverse is a uniquely engineered nutritional formulation that can, in most instances, stop hermaphroditic plants from exhibiting male traits and flowers. Reverse will stop male flowers and hermaphrodites in problematic plants such as pumpkins, watermelons and any flowering crop that has a tendency to hermaphrodite or show male flowers. Dutch Master Reverse has a fast knowckdown action against existing male flowers as well as previnting more male flowers from forming due to their unique technology. Dutch Master has utilized their proprietary foliar technology to achieve the most effective and consistently high performin feminising product on the market today. With its proprietary foliar technology, Reverse can detune the plant receptor cells that are responsible for gibberellin reception and secondary biosynthesis that is responsible for over 95% of the cases of unwanted male flower expression.

With Dutch Master Reverse, you don't have to reduce your nutrient strength substantially like many other products or experience the severity of plant droop that can often occur. Dutch Master Reverse is great as a preventative tool. If you are unsure that your plant will exhibit hermaphroditic traits, then why take a chance, simply use Reverse!

Dutch Master Reverse is ready to go. No mixing, no getting the dose wrong, just spray your plants once, a few days into the flower cycle, until the leaves are saturated, then spray once more 10 days later. You must always use Dutch Master Penetrator (see Add-ons) with this product. Dutch Master Reverse has been specifically designed to work best with the addition of Penetrator as this will allow for the full transfer of elements inside the leaves of your plants.

As soon as Penetrator is added Reverse it needs to be sprayed onto plants within 15 minutes; any product left in the sprayer after 15 minutes is useless.

If you have only a small number of plants, you can use a small portion of the Reverse each time. For example, you could pour out 250 ml of Reverse into your spray bottle and add the appropriate amount of Penetrator and then spray your plants, allowing you to extend the usage of the bottle

I read about about your hermie problem in another thread. What I've learned when dealing with hermies is just kill em. Had a friend with some Trainwreck that went hermie for no real reason, the enviro was perfect, and tried using Reverse and just shook my head. He used it on that TW crop with no effect. He then had some stuff, different strain, hermie outdoors and mentioned he was gonna try Reverse again and just smiled and said good luck. His treatment did nothing. Depending on where in the cycle sometimes best to try and finish up and live with some seeds.

I do not vote for the Reverse and Penetrator. Hermies are mainly weak genetics that should be killed but do understand the need sometimes to try and finish up the crop.

This is agriculture...live with some loss. Maintain your best proven strain for the bulk of your crop and experiment with other genetics. Play Queen of the Hill.

If you're gonna try and clip and spray you're gonna miss stuff. It just takes one pollen sac to fuck up an entire room.

Based on what I've seen this may be the best use of the product and thanx for the input BUT...if preventing hermies you're only supporting weak genetics to finish. Just go with proven non hermie stuff. Test stuff in your garden, keep the winner and test stuff to knock it off the top of the hill. Weak genetics should be eliminated from the canna pool.

Nope but know someone who's bred with it fairly extensively and possible to locate hermie resistant Thai genetics but not very easy. You're talking about an extreme end of the spectrum with Thai.

followup... i never decided to go and buy the dutch master reverse... my hermie problem was mainly in my thai haze. I did not realize that thai haze needs a shorter day and longer night as it ages and therefore i was being bombardiered with nanners towards the end of my thai's life... i ended up just misting them with some water and b-52. After I sprayed them, i would go nanner hunting with a razor blade. 1 by 1, a nanner was chopped.

eventually that routine became old, so I just chopped the thai's down about 20 days early.... I still harvested A LOT for 2 plants... 7.8+ ounces...

im not really into hermaphrodism anyways. the next time i wanna see a nanner is when i advance to breeding.

my lui's are doing great.
