Thanks for stopping by Amish. Yea I've been having to adjust the ties every day to control the stretch, but its definitely paid off. Since I've started flowering I've been able to lower my light a few inches. Now my problem is that they're growing to tall sideways, so I'll have to pull them back the other way.

More updates to come in a few days...

Day 28 of Flower

Day 28 of Flower

I've been having a few minor nutrient issues that mynamestitch has been helping me with. My last watering had too much microblast in it, so my plants have some minor issues. My biggest cheese plant also has some yellowing going on, and I'm not sure whether its under-fed or over-fed... hopefully i'll figure out the problem soon.

Heres some pictures:

room shot with my new light

Northern Lights Bagseed:

Smaller, more indica-ish cheese:

lookin great man, the cheese really loves to be fimmed and cut. They look great in flower, i think they will do very well for you, and hopefully more than 6 oz! With a 400 you could have scrogged and got quite a bit with the cheese, i bet it will respond great to the scrog i am doing! im excited to see your mature products, great job :rasta:

It seems that my biggest cheese plant may have a magnesium deficiency. Funny seeing my Northern Lights had too much magnesium and calcium. I'll give the big cheese a nice big dose of cal-mag at next watering.

Thanks for stopping by guys.

EDIT: Now it looks like it might not be a magnesium def after all. I'm going to take some more pictures for stitch to see so we can clear things up.

High Ques! Great Cheese grow you have here. Very pretty plants, do they look that way in person or is that just your awsome photo skills taking over? Ive been eyeing cheese for a bit, That small one has some pretty compact buds on her, for sure. Have you smoke this strain before? Im lookin for a super "couch lock" to put me to bed at night. Would you say Cheese is like that?
Either way, great grow and photos, keep it up!
Peace, bugout:Bolt:

Thanks Tbug. The pictures I take are pretty close to what the plants look like. The last cheese pics are a little too yellow because I was too lazy to take them away from the HPS, but the Northern Lights is spot on. It gets more purple by the day.

I have only smoked the cheese twice, and it was the original clone...not my Big Buddha Cheese. I loved the smell and taste so much that I had to grow it my own, but I wouldn't say that the high knocks you out. Probably a 7/10 on the stone factor. But I'm looking for something I can smoke all the time :rasta:

Now the northern lights..... that should put you on your ass.

thanks for checkin out the grow Tbug

I've taken a few pictures today with my plants away from the HPS to show the true color. Sorry for not posting pictures of my biggest cheese plant lately... she's behind my other plants and tied to the wall so she's harder to get out of the closet. I'll post some good shots of her in a few days.

Small Cheese:

Northern Lights

Here's another nug fairly low on the NL thats getting a little purple

Clone box. I've been spending most of my time with the plants that are more fun to look at, so I transplanted these a little later than they wanted to. They're recovering nicely though.

Thanks for the compliments Josh

The nutrients that I have are:
Advanced Nutrients Organic Iguana Juice (grow & bloom)
Cal-Mag (esp. cause I use RO water)
Earth Juice Microblast
My soil is 50/50 mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest/Light Warrior

I only used the Microblast once and fed too much so I will probably use one more time before harvest.

My goal is to get at least 6 ounces of dry, finished buds. I'm hoping for more, but I'm trying not to be greedy. I really just want to have enough weed until the next harvest :smoke:

So I woke up this morning feeling a little warm, and immediately went into the grow room. My temps were at 83 in the room, and my clone box was at 86.

I keep my AC at 70 degrees so that the grow room stays at a nice 75 most of the day. So my house is a little on the chillier side, but I'm used to it now.

The girlfriend doesn't know about the grow operation, how she doesn't is a mystery to me... but she has no clue. Anyway she gets cold a lot, so she turned the AC up to 75 last night. :bashhead:

This has been happening more often lately to the point where I am checking the AC every hour to make sure she didn't switch it off. Sometimes the second she gets here she goes right to the thermostat. I refuse to tell her about my grow, but I also don't want to have to kill her.

Does anyone have an answer for "why do you keep it so cold in your house?"

High Ques! Well, im sort' old school....lol, so Id just say "keep your damn hands off the thermostat!" But thats prolly why im still single...lol. You could buy her a bunch of really warm fluffy sweaters or a big thick house robe and keep telling her to wear them for you.
As a last resort you could just kill her, but whatever you do dont tell her about the grow! That shit AWAYS comes back to bite you in the ass!
peace and good luck, bugout

PS. while not ideal, 86 is not a horrible temp. especially if only for a shor bit. I wouldnt sweat it...lol(pun intended)

Because you're an insomniac and a warm house stops you from sleeping...?

Your grow looks very nice. I have a question about your cheese. Is it the fem seeds or the normal ones ?

:joint:

Thanks greenhead

My seeds were not feminised, they were the regular Big Buddha Cheese seeds. As far as I know, there are no feminised Big Buddha Cheese seeds.
