i dont like it at all its good if your in a tight spot but it alwyas givesme ca defencies nothing that i have to actually correct but spots on my leaves

this is what i noticed about the trich production

ok so some of my plants were the mothers of the other plants so the mothers were much bigger and got bush master to keep the height at the others i still had to put most of theplants upon more pots to equal heights

i grow in soil tweeked moonshine mix with pbp lk sweet hydroplex hygrozyme under 1200w temps 72-76 65

Hi guys
I have never used BM for soil, but in my ebb and flow tables it seems to work pretty well. When I get some leggy ladies I hit them with it at the end of the veg cycle for just three days by itself, no other nutes. Works well for my style of growing.
Not trying to start an argument, just saying I think it depends on how and when you use it :)
just my opinion :)

everyone is welcome to your own opinion and i glady incourage anyone else who has good or bad experiences with it to post

its good when your in a tight spot but thats mostly for lazy growers (soil) bm doesnt even compare for canopy manegement and plain taking care of your plants

i know for hydo the streach is alittle more wild than with soil but in hydro your flowering right when there rooted correct so why does it matter if they get 1-2' your light penatrates that deep already

The only problem i had was ,before using it .Make sure thr plant is at the desired height you want or you will end up with something like in the pic below.Ya its great that it works , but the yield will suck if not used properly .

As far as the others ,it has stopped the streachy ones in their tracks and started the flowering in just a few days ,I havent reached the pistols/resin production issues yet .

Overall i think its a great tool ,once you understand how to use it properly .

i use bushmaster on my tall lenghty sativa's and i swear by it, i love the product myself to be honest, but i say only use it if you really have to.

I don't know why so many people hate on the Humboldt line of products. To be honest, I too was a hater of these products until I stopped trying the sample bottles and actually bought the real bottles. I don't know if they water down the samples or something, but I had a totally different reaction from the bottled stuff. I don't grow without the complete Humboldt line. Bushmaster and Gravity are some of the most groundbreaking additives in the industry IMO.

Bushmaster does exactly what it claims, makes the stretch stop, and makes those buds start stacking almost overnight. I don't grow without it, it keeps my canopy looking clean and even. I add gravity about 3 weeks before finish, for 2 waterings at a lower doseage. I foliar feed it sometimes also, which produces about the same result. Gravity is best used when the flowers have started to slow down in bud production, give it a hit of gravity and those white pistils will begin flying again, not only that but older bud growth will harden up dramatically. I use purple maxx as a foliar all throughout flowering, It really will change some plants to purple as well as bringing up the terpene production.

Strangely enough, I had been experimenting with sample bottles for a long time with very little success. Once I splurged for the big bottles and starting experimenting it didn't take long for it to find a permanent place on my nutrient shelf. The stuff works, and its cheaper than the competitors, and works better IMHO.

bushmaster did exactly what it was supposed to do, stop vertical growth.

I liked it for what I used it for, and if I was put in a position again where I had headroom issues, I'd use it again. I keep a bottle of it on the shelf for those "oh shit" moments, just incase.

Dr. G... I concur.
I was just starting to wonder if Purple Maxxx was created to increase trichome production, offsetting Bushmasters trichome reduction. lol.

I love Bushmaster. It's the only way I can finish Neville's under a 400. I use 7 drops in 24 oz. of foliar weekly for 3 weeks. It stops her dead in her tracks.

Yeah I have heard people getting better results using bushmaster as a foliar.....

As for my own experiences with bushmaster, it stopped vertical growth but slowed/stopped trich production, gave my plants the calcium deficiency (although it shouldn't have been as I supplement with Cal/Mag), and also made my plants look like I gave them too much Nitrogen (weird claw leaves). I also tried it at different doses and couldn't find the dose to keep leaves from clawing.
I should add that I did not try using as a foliar, but I wont use the product again because I upgraded my grow space.

Its nice to have as a tool ,when u want to instantly induce flowring,to find out if male or female

.When given to the plant. It immediatly within a day or so starts flowering.Instead of having to wait weeks to sex.The downside if used in wrong doseage, which are trial and error .You can really stunt your plants .I guess the trich production loss sucks as well.

Its great for that 1 streatchy plant of the bunch.A fun tool to have if needed.
