Yep, my HTG 400 is still runnin' my vegroom. Matter of fact, I'm adding another flowering pod, so I ordered another GrowBright 1kw from HTG. They were out, so they upgraded me to their top bulb (AgroMax, $99) for free :joint:

soooooo....there is a power cord and an extension cord? Is it one cord, cut in half and the male and female sides or is 2 different kinds of cords?

The male end of the extension cord (prong side?) only connects to the socket and then the female side goes to the capacitor etc and then the prongs connect the separate socket setup to the rest of it (female side)? I'm going by the diagram, well made BTW. This is really great guide, I have no electrician experience and have always been daunted by the task. Is the HPS setup basically the same concept with an ignitor thrown in there?

thanks alot, +rep!

one thing i have made this mistake in the past also and so do many companies .. u need to cut vent loovers in the sides to vent heat the is produced by the ballast or u will dramaticly reduce the life of your ballast .. to even further the life a computer fan on the side will make it even cooler ..

peez ..

ss ..
