Blueberry by Grower's Choice.. sev. months cure

Hey guys this is a Blueberry strain from a breeder that i've not heard of before. I bought the seeds from Sacred Seed in Toronto. Basically this is from my 'first' grow - the first one where i had real proper equipment and space. I harvested several months ago (lost track) and the buds have been curing since... there's barely any left! But my next grow is on track for harvest in about a month. Anyway, here's a pic of the sativa-leaning pheno on harvest day, then some pics of a dried bud from the indica pheno. Grown in a peat moss/perlite/vermiculite/some other amendments mix.

My current grow is a two plant contained-DWC under a 250w HPS and some supplemental CFL's. Same strain, but again from seed so i have slightly different pheno's again. I'm on day 20 flower right now; gonna post some pics in the Flower Pix forum later. Things are frostin up real nice.

I hope you guys like the pics! I'm so happy with how the bud turned out. That bud gives me a SERIOUS buzz. A one paper joint between a couple people gets me quite baked. Anyway.. look for my thread i'll post later tonight in Flower Pix of my current grow.. Thanks for checkin in!

Hey Blueberryfarmer, thats a serious plant you harvested there, too bad you weren't able to take a clone because that seems like one vigorous plant you had there, bud looks fantastic, excellent job man.

Peace

Thanks a lot for your kind words, oaktree. Believe me, i tried to clone these plants! I think they have some autoflowering traits, because the clones would continually try to flower even under 24hrs light. It looks like the clones from my current grow are doing the same thing! It's too bad because i'd like to keep these plants. But i've isolated this male i got.. its EXTREMELY vigorous and indica dominant. Very tight compact growth with the fattest leaves i've ever seen. In fact, it probably has the biggest leaf on it that i have ever seen. The middle blade on the biggest leaf is the width of 3 of my fingers. Picture it for a second. It's huge! So hopefully i can get some nice seeds for the next round.

i love that harvest day pic , looks like you would have had to do hardly any trimming at all . i think i need to learn to let my plants go a bit longer .:chin:

Thank you guys so much for your generous comments! I DO have a picture of that huge leaf, although it doesn't seem so huge in the picture. For some reason every time i try to upload it to here it just shows up as an X.. no real picture is actually shown and everythign gets screwed up. I'm gonna keep trying to upload it later. Anyway, i started a thread in Flower Pix with pics and 'macros' of my current grow. I went from soilless with certain amendments to DWC hydro. Nice job on those BBF, that top cola sure is beefy!!!

Did you try to bring your lights out temps down to 55*f about a month before harvest? Try it next grow to see if they will turn color...if they do they'll really be "sick" looking!

Props...Stay green and safe, Don
