i'm really glad you posted this, i've been wondering just how loud the stanley blowers are as i'm designing for my next cabinet. and from what i can tell, the model you have is no louder than your computer, even at its highest speed. thanks for doing this test

thats kool, i have no mods just blowing at the exhaust hole. But am searching for ideas to make it more reliable and efficient.

i believe it is 6 db increase is percieved as twice as loud...

you were on the right track tho
