forcing an early finish on some Kush?

heeeellllp =)
due to a malfunctioning ph meter, my schedule was set back by a couple weeks
and i will only have 50 -53 days to flower my kush plants, about 7-1/2 weeks
i know it won't be perfect, but are there any good ways to get the best possible finish for my ladies.

My Bubba is now at day 60, its filling in and the buds are maturing, but at 53 days it looked like I could have harvested about 3/4 what Im guessing the final will be, and the top buds were pretty mature looking to the naked eye, but with clear trichs at 50 days. I sometimes like the taste and smoke of early harvest, but of course you lose bulk and taste to some degree.

Everyone has heard of running a funny light cycle to try and kick your plants into flower quicker, like 10 light / 14 dark or some variation of that. And beginning higher PK levels earlier, instead of using Veg nutes for the first couple of weeks of flower. Bud enhancers used early might help. Its gonna be hard to find time to flush at the end, but I dont think that in dwc that makes much difference to taste anyway. Not much else that I know of you can do.

You can drop the light hours a little but that will sacrifice yield. I recently read that there's a lot of dutch growers who actually step the light up to 15hrs after week 5 or 6. The theory is that there's enough flowering hormone in the plant by this stage so that it won't re-veg, the extra hours of light mean the plant will finish around a week earlier with no loss in yield.

I wouldn't go the route of buying products that say they'll finish plants quicker as it's highly debatable wether they work at all and there's usually a much cheaper version in garden shops.

Since i started the fourth week ive bought my dark down 15 mins every two days so now they are on 13 light 11 dark,just to see if this light regime does finish your crop approximately a week early but with no loss in yield,like a few nutrient makers claim....we'll see

that might just be what i was looking for
3 weeks of 12/12 then down to 13/11 to hurry them along a little
as far as additives, i think i wanna stick to molasses

ive read in books that if you give it 10 hours of light instead of 12 it will ripen sooner maybe by a week or two depending on the strain. i bet if you go further with that logic and give them only 8 or 9 hours of light they will be done right away but with a decrease in yield.
