wassup ic maggers,a quik question 4 ya.how often should i flush during flower?the reason i ask is i got alot of yellow on a couple plants and im only in week 3 of flower,thanx peeps

You should only flush when you have a nutrient burn problem, or your 2 weeks away from harvest, when you use soil.

i use clearex and flush every 3 to 4 weeks. not a big flush just 2 days or so.
this will help your plant get all the nutes it can while being fed good luck

In the clone-to-product line, I never flush. I keep my plants in small containers and pot-up frequently into a fresh compost/perlite mix, and fertilize modestly, allowing little chance of salting. I also follow a loose feed-feed-feed-water-feed etc. schedule and water to the point of very slight runoff regularly.
In my mother room (I keep 50 mothers of 35-40 strains at any given time), I flush after every round of cuts. The schedule is: Feed grow fert to induce fresh shoots (1-2 weeks). Water to slight runoff. Feed bloom fert to prep for cuttings(1 week). Take cuttings. Flush. Feed grow fert. etc.

If you are using bio buckets you should consider changing every couple of weeks. I use smaller containers so it is not to much $$$$. The larger your operation.... ya might not change as much. You will eventually reach lockout at some point if you don't change. I am using botanicare pbp and their website recommends every couple of weeks. But....they also want to sell me more nutes, right. My last grow i went over 1 month without changing and it things started gettin funky. Changed out the water and everything started going right again.

Not bad to flush 2-3 weeks into bloom, once, and then at the end, of course. I prefer mixing w/CLEAREX to plain water.. Seems to help against Mildew which can come on strong at the end.
I usually pot up as I go to bloom, or one week before. So there is not a huge buildup of salts.
Recently, due to fluctuations in the Fox Farm Soil I always used to use, with success, I am going over to SOILESS. Obviously, I need to get some learning done. It is a bit different than the High potency Fox Farm, which has been stinky sometimes in the last year, many people do not trust it anymore. Not enough time for the compost to cool down, sometimes in their mix.
Used to do feed-feed-water-feed-feed-water, and it worked well, with the mix of FFOF and Power flower + Perlite.
This soiless thing is different (PROMIX) so I am following Fox Farm;s instructions for Soiless grows. Seems OK, but I liked the results better with the Normal FFOF soil. Which may or may not be available in the form which it was years ago.
