Tallest Thai (probably male) v tallest Panama (all 3 are very similar) v shortest Thai

Vape report on Church I - this is probably the most "indica" of the 3. Nice caramel flavour in the vape and a lovely, woozy, floaty effect. I did some mobility exercises and some hanging and pull ups - very good.

I don't usually consume weed late at night but last night I had some Church around 10pm (first weed of the day) - the taste is developing nicely. My alarm woke me at 7am as usual and I turned on the radio for my usual snooze while listening to the news - slept solid for another 2.5 hours! Like a teenager!

Portraits of the 3 Panameñas - I've numbered them 1 to 3 in the order of these pics. 1 and 3 are quite similar to each other and have a lovely, perfume, fruity aroma. 2 is shorter, smaller leaves and more of a woody aroma. The thais are still not flowering so I'm going to give them a couple of weeks of 11/13 in the cupboard to try to get them started.

My favourite from the stash atm is the Thai x Panama - mainly for the effect. The Orient Express is the best tasting one - nice but mild effect.

good question goingrey - Through fear of overfeeding I've grown them in light mix rather than all mix and fed them very lightly so I might have gone too low. Also they are in relatively small pots when they are not many generations removed from being grown in the ground.

I've started using the volcano at level 4 for the first bag - pure terps! I finally discerned some forest fruits from the PCK and last night some eucalyptus from the Black Jack.

Thai vs Panama - This is why I wanted to grow them both pure before properly exploring the hybrid. From the grower's point of view the pure Thai is not what I'm looking for for a summer/autumn grow but I might try 1 or 2 in the winter/late spring grow with forced flowering. The Panamas were slow in veg but have reached a decent, discrete height in the end and their buds are heavenly!

Being high and the evening sun tend to lead to me getting the camera out... One of the Panamas and 2 of the Thais. They are back to living 24/7 out on the terrace and some of the Thais have been have been tied :) to the trellis and one has been trained.

Cheers Shiva - from the practical point of view the Thais are not ideal for discrete terrace growing but I'm thinking I could start 1 or 2 in mid July then train them round the trellis and just leave them to finish there.

The Panamas are a very different story - looking forward to testing them all! Pic shows the massive difference in the 2 types.
