I've only ever gotten TC from dispensaries, but yeah, it's quite the novelty. Very fruity/sweet. Can definitely pick it out of a crowd.
Flavor-wise, yes. Strength-wise- no, not really stronger. But a very nice high.
For a super delicious mid September finisher I was pretty impressed with the high. Nothing crazy potent. Nice and up.
Have not run it enough to have a full opinion but I would say it’s extremely prominent marijuana ,when I grew it produced very nice flowers high ratio of calyx to leaf also it’s a beautiful purple bud and it really really stinks like cranberry patchouly…I can’t comment on the effects yet I wasn’t blown away but I wasn’t let down

Some Trop Cherry photos at 51 days. Starting to smell fruity. I will give this small bud a microwaved test smoke.
Not seeing any amber so have to believe looking a 7-14 days more on this. Although I dont have a ton of experience looking at the purple bud trichs.

Just packed a freshly cleaned glass bong with the Trop Cherry. After being jarred for a couple weeks the flavors and aromas are much more pronounced.
When the jar is opened it is immediately apparent the herb is "loud". Very nice earthy citrus berry funk. My dog sniffed a bud and sneezed as he does with fragrant herbs.
The flavor is up front and pronounced. It starts out with some citrus followed by a slight Urkle flavor that quickly changes to a chem funk before finishing with a purple sour citrus funk that lingers for quite some time.
Very complex flavor profile that reminds me of some of the progeny of the Urkle x Grape Stomper cross I did years back. I get notes from both of those strains in the flavor profile.
3rd bong rip and my eyes are pied. The room smells delightful and waves of relaxation flow as the effect passes through the body. Excellent body effects as well as a totally relaxed head that is clear and creative. The effect is not overly powerful which is not a problem because the flavor keeps me hitting the tube resulting in being very baked. Folks that don't smoke like I do seem to get pretty lit off these beautiful buds. Friend even had to leave for a nap lol. It has plenty of effect with good duration.
Overall I'm really enjoying the strain. It's different, a real looker, tasty tasty, and an enjoyable complex effect. I am thankful to the icmag grower who did an outstanding job with the grow and enabling me to sample some of this fine herb.

That’s just about as perfect review of the strain is I could imagine
I’m growing it right now because it’s hot and people want it and it’s a sure thing
I agree and am in search of the cut. People just love smelly magenta buds.
