As far as electric cars I seem to remember a time (80s) when the government said they would limit battery/electronic production in the usa because of harsh environmental impact , now that the politicians own the mines in china/india etc that produce the materials necessary for batteries/motors it's fine? U have paid liberal thinking environmentalist claiming fossil fuels are worse then the other side claims the earth/atmosphere filters/processes the fossil fuels better faster than battery recycling so who to believe. Throw a cracked battery in the woods it's there forever , dump some oil the earth filters the contaminants which is worse ?
