Likely will harvest the SBR 7/23, summer heat is a factor.

The fan leaves are textbook heat burned, no surprise there.

The OS maybe a couple days after.

I could chop now, but will wait it out a few more days,
as the plants are easily 12" from the light and terps are intact.

Chopped the two SBR plants today, one in a 16 oz cup, the big one in a 56 oz pot.

Roots filled the 56 oz container, so flipping soon after transplant is okay.

Wet yield just over four oz, so figure a zip +/- dry yield.

Hard to believe, but if I could flower four of the big plants at once, would yield a 1/4lb +/-

Potentially 112g per 165w, but the veg box won't fit four.
New genetics in play in the fall, so back to the sog type grows then.

72 grams max yield with the sog flower program, but perpetual, three in, three out.

I don't mind the reduced yield per cultivar, gives me a variety of stash.

The grow to date has seen many plants in 16 oz cups in flower, nine to twelve per flip,
but this recent grow in large pots is an eye opener for the flower box yield potential.

The OS in 54oz pot will chop in a couple days, she's ready.

The OS in 54oz pot chopped, roots filled the pot, but not bound, no surface roots.

Guessing just under 1oz dry yield, based on 100g wet.

Cloudy, some amber.

A few bananas, pinched as found, seems no pollination when trimmed.

This plant, and the cuttings in veg, are from a single seed from the original yield.

I thought the original plant was exceptional both in terps and taste,
but lousy in veg, culled.

The lone S1, after a few weeks in the jar, if worthy, will determine its fate.

If the S1 is not worthy, I will get some new seeds, as the flavor/mouth alone is worth the purchase.

The OS and SBR yield in the jar, the OS has more moisture than the SBR.

I trim in stages, because I can, and the final trim will dictate yield,
close to 28g each cultivar.

The OS original yield is long gone, smoked that up right quick.

Hoping the current S1 buds will be close to the original, a guy can hope.

I'll test in a couple weeks, fingers crossed, terps are creamy bread, not much orange.

The current SBR buds are looking equal or nicer than the most recent yield from April this year.

That yield is very good smoke, three months + in the jar has improved effect perfectly.

I'm a lucky guy.

SBR jarred yield 21g, that was from both the 16oz pot and 54oz pot.

OS jarred yield 19g, from the one 54oz pot.

To yield total 40g all together, would be at least 8 plants in 16oz cups.

Less work with bigger pots is the trade with less variety.

No worriers as I am stoked with the results.

Good enough for my personal use plus share some with friends.

The main takeaway is the up pot transplant from 16 oz to 54oz upon flowering produced decent yield without extended veg time in the small veg box.

Small footprint in veg, by design, for 16oz pots.

The grow this fall will include more variety, will decide soon which to pop.

No plants in flower, and actually glad for the break.

Plants in veg are doing well.

Summer temps are brutal to cannabis in a flower box with no climate control.

Many past summers spent chasing bugs and weak, heat stressed plants.

Plenty of great stash on hand, several cultivars to choose from.

Been thinking on which seeds to pop later this month, stay tuned.

Perhaps I'll post the list of seeds on hand for member's feedback on which to pop.

We'll see.

So one week later and have flipped two OS and a SBR in 16oz cups.

Two OS remain in veg as well as three SBR.

Got a hunch that summer temps will get lower daily on average.

The OS buds in the jar from the recent chop are excellent,
if only lacking the awesome mouth feel of the original.

The SBR yield from the recent chop is as good as the April yield.

Stable plant, that SBR.

Culled one of the two OS in veg, leaves with damage from who knows what and lacking vigor.

Will take cuttings of the remaining plant as I will cross her later this year.

She is the S1 from the original seed plant which presented a heavy orange taste.

I'd like to explore the possibilities with that.

The plants in flower are throwing pistols and leafing up nicely.

Thinking about popping some seeds soon, need to make a list and check it twice.

Going to employ KoolBloom to the plants in flower.

Day 15, 30 and 36, per REZD*G.

We'll see if there is any benefit to this method as a trial.

Plants in flower budding up, lowered the circulating fan to hit soil level, below the canopy.

Likely too much airflow at the canopy will stress the plants, just saying.

Summer temps getting lower, looking forward to the fall season temps.

Any thoughts on fan direction is welcome.

Some options for a small oscillating fan, many too big for micro grow.

Day 15, first KoolBloom dose, 1/4 t per qt feed, REZD*G posts 1t per gal.

They all budding up nicely, I think the KoolBloom will kick in noticeably after the second dose.

Anyone still doing KoolBloom, I wonder.

Some older posts years gone by claim less than the dose I'm using for decent results, we'll see.

A couple days after the KoolBloom dose and flower plants are well.

In veg, took a few cuttings of the OS to ensure its continuation.

There is room for six new plants in veg, will post seed inventory soon and select the next run.

No seeds will be kept if S2 of OS shows up accidentally.

As an S1, likely variation is limited, maybe cross with an Agent Orange or MLI to see what turns up.

The S1 smoke is stellar, but lacking the strong orange flavor of the original.

Flipped two SBR, been in veg a while and will flower well.

One SBR in veg as keeper, also an OS as keeper.

Likely will start the new autumn grow with some thunk s1 and thunk x (sensi star x nycd) seeds.

The S1 presented catpiss,.

thunk x (sensi star x nycd) had two phenos, lime and root beer.

The most recent seed run from these was in 2018.

The flower duration was eighty to ninety days for the thunk x (sensi star x nycd) if I recall correctly.

The The S1 went to 110 days +/-.

Held seeds for future grow as I side tracked with the bagseed cross.

Bagseed cross will proceed at a reduced rate, after the thunk lines established.

First will pop a few of both thunk lines, from 2010, to start.

The future is now.

White rhino and Maple Leaf Indica to follow

Yup, the SBR is Sugar Black Rose, Critical Mass x Black Domina, by deliciousseeds.com.

Have them since June 2021, very good cultivar.

Sugar Black Rose, good stuff, fragrant and tasty.

Six days until the next KoolBloom dose for the first three plants in flower and my thoughts are
that dosing with KoolBloom is making a great difference.

Soon will pop some thunk assorted seeds, likely will skip the KoolBloom with them.

The two recent flip of the two SBR will get the dose as well, I'm that impressed.
