Wow..... What would you say dominated that cross? That looks like a grail keeper and a half plant.... Sexy frost, yield, and not too wild..... The RobCreek Congo cut is something I might seek out eventually. Not sure if thats the same congo cut but that looks like a straight up keeper to me....Punto Rojo is something I need to get.... I wanna get RedSnake if i can somehow.... I have about 30 Mangobiche seeds but havent got Punto Rojo yet... I just threw a dozen TRSC Kerala Indian in paper towel to hunt for some red haired spicey goodness.... Not sure if the light is throwing off the colors but does it have the true red hairs? Looks kinda orange but..... Theres something about the sativas with true red hairs that stands out to me..... Certain Hazes have it.... im hunting for it again in my NigerianMangoHazes.... Ive seen it in Zamal stuff... I got some Zamal x TomHillHaze that just came out of paper towels into the dirt and they are looking safe/established.... waiting on a few more to crack....
Not sure if the red hair thing is a highland or lowland trait or a Panama thing or a Colombian thing or it can be found in all pure narrow leaf stuff? It definitely seems to have a certain terp profile and buzz with abnormally strong soaring effect ive noticed....... Really gets your eyes more red than normal weed.... Hits you behind the eyes with a pressure change headband effect seemingly..... Strong Musk spice..
I feel like the best Haze with the strongest "Piff" incense musk is the haze with true red hairs.. Not orange, but fire engine red. bright fluoresecent...
So happy right now I just put a blower style tower fan in my tent... It has a waterpump swamp cooler system.. Keeps a filter soaked in front of the blower so it sprays a perfect cool mist out... Perfect skinny tower shape.... got it blowing at corner of the tent indirect to the plants so they dont get soaked.... My humidity has been way too low in the tent, and struggling with high temps too...They have been catabolizing the leaves a bit premature, and ripening things a bit too fast.... Im glad I got things fixed now that its week 5..... I can maintain proper VPD now... I'm rambling but yeah thats some exciting looking bud mate.... 5 years ago it was somewhat hard to find very many people growing dank landrace stuff, and growing them properly... Now we have a army of people growing so many great strains, and doing a great great job at it.. Almost tempting to ask people for shortcuts, even though I love to pop seeds. Some of this stuff people are growing now looks so crazy.... So many great people have shared years and years of work... Now Ace has more strains than we can keep up with too... Such a great time for us Sativa lovers man..... Cheers to us

They are fire red pistils most of the phenotypes, the lighting is throwing it all off. The only other plants I have with as red postils atm are seedsman o. Haze which is more red brown and mm x thai78 which has a deep red small skinny nld pistils. Will take a picture in a week upon chop in better light. I got them from Limeygreen he may know more about the traits. I haven’t smoked any yet but it smells delightful musky sweet and spicy woody
And I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.
I have a lot of sativa I’m growing and plan to grow! Just too much to get to all of it lol. It is a great time for sativa lovers!

I swear that could pass as a a5 haze or a nl5haze.... and a good run at that..... Im guessin its a punto rojo pheno.... Is the smell hazey? If you know what i mean?
Like exotic pleasant soft lingering floating wood type smell or something... Not a harsh or abrasive type of spice that almost smells poisonous grassy ammonia ish type smell, but a pleasant medicinal type of ancient magical sweet tree sweat or something lol.. Almost smells like a anti microbial or something that has a unique molecular weight in how it floats/lingers in different presence vs some terps that are sharp and fast dont seem to linger in the same token... I almost consider it like a baby powder aura how it lingers with a soft vibe.... but just a wild type of plant or tree smell that i swear makes my eyes dilate like my dna is attracted to it or something.

Thats the Haze I last experienced with the whole vibe.... The lighting/ventilation was pretty poor on the last setup. Now I'm in a tent with a topshelf LED... Things are far more optimal.. Im hunting through some seeds I made using a male from that line onto my best frame/buzz female which was 80sOaxacan x (Durban x Paki).... Just popped more because the first few were more like the mom... I had someone test them while I was dealing with life, and he got a few promising haze phenos for sure.. The pics are kinda rough and the plant was so lanky and octopus like... half under one fixture half under another fixture under a scrog net loosely... The environment was rough and the plant ripened from bottom up, the temp/lighting was off to the point where the whole morphology was weird... I got the fans to almost mature to proper finger count, but not size so overall I didnt judge the frame too much but.....The terpenes and trichs were fine... The first run with her the terps were insanely potent even in veg you could smell haze on stemrub bigtime..... I fed them and kept humidity right for long enough that the whole plants stems stayed fairly juvenile fresh and constantly growing and had a velvet coating of trichs on the stem super thick... I believe that is a key to truly getting the terpiest possible bud..... Keeping a rather high humidity for long as possible in veg/transition/till mid flower before it starts getting cooler windier and drier to preserve terps. High temps and volatile terps definitely drops %s and potency.

Stuck the #7 female in the shower to get a better pic of the whole plant, this one has a nice structure, obviously i split the stem when it was young

My bagseed efforts display a pretty uniform structure but occasionally there are individuals that offer the willowy silhouette; can go for years before this will evidence itself again. This pic from 2018 is the last strong Sativa I've enjoyed but I always hope for another incident.
