Sounds like Musk has Twitter between a rock and a hard place too. When they turned down his offer of 54.20 a share they left themselves exposed to lawsuits which will most certainly be coming. Goes to show the board of directors value control of the narrative much more than making money. And the board of directors who made that decision own almost no stock.

I'm jointing the board of twitter.

I'm not joining the board of twitter.

I'm going to buy all of twitter.

If twitter doesn't sell to me, I'm selling all my shares.

Twitter is going to get sued because of the Saudi's and deep state.

I’d just like to share something with the group. Ever since I built Tory, the 7th gen bubble, I seem to be in the zone. Whatever I start I finish. Problems are quickly resolved. Answers are right there when I need them. Things consistently work out in my favor. Gone are the days when looking for tools takes longer than doing the job. Everything is right there where I need it. This has been going on for a month and it keeps me in a constant state of amazement. Yesterday, it took me 20 minutes to fix a problem with my car that my mechanic couldn’t figure out in two weeks. And that was purely accidental. I seem to be blessed with deductive reasoning and instant karma and it’s absolutely awesome! I never had this before and I feel like a super hero. I believe it’s Tory behind it all. What do you guys think?

THE MAGIC EXTENDS TO CARS AND ANY GADGET – EVEN REDUCES THE UTILITY / POWER BILLS, SIGNIFICANTLY!!!! AMAZING!!!

Left off the list...
Avg wait time for surgery in Canada is 22.6 weeks...US 4 to 6 weeks
U.S. the average wait time for a first-time appointment is 24 days(≈3 times faster than in Canada); wait times for Emergency Room (ER) services averaged 24 minutes (more than 4x faster than in Canada); wait times for specialists averaged between 3–6.4 weeks (over 6x faster than in Canada).
Also left off the list; US spends almost double on medical. People in the USA need to scrimp on pharmaceuticals but not Canadians. In Canada cancer or heart disease or other serious issue is treated immediately at no charge. In the US you might get treated if $$.

My grandpa told me back in 1980 and this is the man that went to WW2 and the Korean War said,"this country is no longer the country I fought for it's a country of blind consumers consuming all the time." that meant no f****** sense to me @ 10....... at 48 now oh yeah

If Elon Musk offers to buy at a high price and the board declines to sell, shareholders will sue the board for the losses and for violating SEC rules.
And it will be the big investment firms holding the stock for all their clients that will do the suing, Blackrock for one. Look at the commissions they can gain!

The upload of the Q Video Archive is complete and can now be accessed, both from here or from my pinned post.
This archive includes over 320 videos from Twitter, Youtube, and other sources, much of which are no longer accessible anywhere, ranging from post #640 all the way up to #4953, the very last post.
It's not 100% complete, and the filing system still needs to be cleaned up, but you should be able to locate most content easily by post number.

Yup.

It's elon musk that decides the best deal shareholders will ever achieve, and if you don't accept his offer, you're immediately liable to lawsuits.

Fucking clowns.

Which bag holders get to sue DWAC for losing all their invested money? lol. truthsocial

Lol. I guess he knows a little something about that. It must be a difficult thing for him to get out of his mind.

In a court filing out late Friday, shareholders who are suing Tesla and CEO Elon Musk over alleged securities fraud said they won part of a critical ruling in their class-action lawsuit.

The shareholders are suing Tesla over money they lost after Musk tweeted in 2018 that he was considering taking his electric vehicle company private at $420 per share and said he had funding secured to do so.

Damages from the shareholders’ class-action lawsuit could amount to billions of dollars that would be paid by Musk and Tesla to those who are members of the class.
