I've been thinking about the steps involved in building one of those.

You would need land in Uranium Country, e.g. near Fort Huachaca in Arizona.

Then there's the old Maxwell Smart Geiger Counter in the shoe trick to find a property with "placer" uranium on the surface.

Then after you grind the yellowcake up into powder, you dissolve it in Sulfuric Acid.

There's a way to get the uranium metal to precipitate out of the Sulfuric Acid. I don't know what it is, yet.

They have never isolated the virus, they have not done a Koch's Postulate on it, the PCR is not a test it is a way of amplifying DNA until you get a result, use enough amplification and you get a result 100% of the time, any amplification over 35 times is meaningless (0% accuracy) and they are using anywhere between 35 and 50 times amplification and it cannot be used as a diagnostic tool (the inventor says this).
