1) well I guess one would need to understand the results of socialism first, then one can move on
2)The one who claimed to lower taxes but in actuality simultanously cut many tax shelters, write off's etc and therefore the "tax cuts" actually became "tax increases" which is why government tax collections rose.
3) The Regain who buried* this country in debt, debt that still exists today with an excuse, the excuse was to destroy the "communist" threat from the ussr which was imploding under it's own weight anyway and all should have just watched it sink into oblivion under the weight of it's socialism. Hey just like the path that good ol reagan sent the USA on and which last time I looked the last occupant of the white house sunk us or is sinking Trillions into the military ( because they are our heroes ), all of these programs whether you like to call them left wing or right wing, the end result is you will be forced to hand over some more of what you worked hard for, because no matilda, none of this is voluntary.
4) those who follow reagan will say "yea but he didn't bomb too many" to which I would agree, he merely spent and/or guaranteed the money to increase the size of the military under the pretense he was threatening the soviet union. Bwahahaha, in actually what did the following presidents do with all that hardware? Now Trump has guaranteed Trillions in the military. We'll see what happens in the months and years ahead what is done with all of it however do we not have the ability to strike virtually anywhere on earth from offices in nevada? Why are we spending trillions on the military? Can we not make our own underwear? Then again I saw that only 13% of graduating high school students are proficient in anything in some areas of the USA. Sound like good canditates for some kind of welfare, left or right wing. That's always good for our liberty as a people.
Hence, the ones who claim to be for smaller government spend ( in whatever fashion _ guarantee us higher inflation which equals further debasement of the dollar, higher taxes and that's right, more socialism in whatever name you wouid like to hang on it,
