Ur premise that there could be no property without government is misguided.
Not really. Government has the monopoly on power. Remove that and it'll become a private totally unaccountable monopoly on power.

You can change governments, you cant change private ownership.

Government acts as the mafia.. you pay the govt protection money for protection against the govt

Govt protects you from private individuals. For instance, in theory, govt regulation should stop toxic waste dumping in residential areas. If this was left up to private ownership they wouldn't give two fucks.

This is why right wing libertarianism is stupid and is actually just a bootlicking ideology to hand over total power to unaccountable private ownership. Seriously look into the history of this movement. Its fully bankrolled by fortune 500 companies and elitists. Before this, libertarian meant anarchist and socialist.

Libertarians love the idea of private power. Basically an oligarchy. As long as their taxes are low and they can carry a gun they'll give complete and utter control to the "deep state" of very few very rich individuals.

You're right cannavore. Government in general has its own problems with corruption but at least the public has one hand on the wheel. With privatisation you get not only unregulated corruption but you also get poisoned streams/rivers, fracking waste, abused work force and environmental destruction. We have clean streams and rivers and clean food because of government regulation.

Cant get any more clearer than one of the founders of US/right wing libertarianism and anarcho capitalism saying it in his own words;

"One gratifying aspect of our rise to some prominence is that, for the first time in my memory, we, ‘our side,’ had captured a crucial word from the enemy . . . ‘Libertarians’ . . . had long been simply a polite word for left-wing anarchists, that is for anti-private property anarchists, either of the communist or syndicalist variety. But now we had taken it over..."

It's the final step in certifying the next president of the United States, but the Electoral College vote count in Congress on Wednesday is expected to be a much longer — and more contentious — affair than normal.

Verifying the vote count is constitutionally required, but it has become largely procedural — electors officially cast their votes on Dec. 14, and Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump by 306-232, a result Trump referred to as a "landslide" when he won with the same numbers in 2016. Unlike Trump then, Biden also won the popular vote, garnering 7 million more votes than Trump.

15 more days. 15 more days of demented, deluded antics of the Agent Orange spewing toxic nonsense. 15 more days!!!

Trust me Someone owns the elevator.

It’s a matter of gun range. It’s yours until somebody takes it. Then it’s theirs until somebody takes it. Sort of like El Salvador.

Welcome to our new Banana Republic. It was bad before its on a whole new level now. The US can never use democracy as an excuse when fucking up other countries.

We can and we absolutely will. Have no fear, democracy may die, but hypocrisy never will. Now about that fiscal conservativism.

Libertarians are for smaller government not no government. I could care less about the old school Libertarian/anarchy association I'm all about the new school Libertarian movement.

except that a lot of libertarians are also anarcho capitalists. either way, both of these ideologies are deeply flawed and are giant handouts to the elite and corporations.

what happens when you further deregulate an economy that is rife with corruption, economic inequality, and greed? with a small % controlling most of the capital? you hand them the keys to the entire castle, which is why they've financed the libertarian movement for the past 80yrs.

those who are ignorant of the past are destined to repeat it. or whatever that quote is lol.

here's what one of the key financiers of the libertarian movement ran on in 1980 as a VP candidate - a platform in which most Americans would not vote for in such plain language, which is why they've spent decades re-tooling their rhetoric and propaganda which seemingly attracts people who have zero clue about politics.

People who claim they're libertarian remind me of evangelical christians. They pick and choose their beliefs. Move goal posts to justify their agenda. They hide behind their label "Christian" or "Libertarian" and use it as both a sword to harm and a shield to protect from accountability.

This is one of those "grammar" things that matters not, BUT if one could care less there is still care about the subject referenced. Better that you could NOT care less which indicates that it is not important in the least.

English class is dismissed.:thank you:
