Why masks are bad for your health

Wearing a mask is bad for your health and there are dozens of peer reviewed articles on this as it has been studied for many years particularly with doctors wearing surgical masks.
They deplete oxygen taking it from 21% down to 17%, the recommended safe level is 18%.
If you are over 35 then wearing one for more than 2 hours depletes calcium from your bones.
You are re-breathing your own viral load, people have gotten pneumonia from wearing masks.
It is like having a petri dish in front of your face, the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, the heat and moisture from your breath exacerbates this.

Tiny black fibres that move when exposed to heat and moisture have been found in masks, here is proof.

I put my masks on a thin cotton fabric and let them hang on the carbon filter for a while. That should take any fine dust or matter out of them so I don't breathe it in.
i guess if you had a fine screen you could vacuum them through it before use. Or just put a thin cotton fabric over the vacuum hose and vacuum the mask in your hand..

Regarding the true direction this thread is heading to, I personally aren't that interested in that kind of theories.

Use to be able to buy N95 masks at Lowes and HD. The damn things have real uses, like when mowing or working dirt in dry dusty conditions. Now we can't get them anymore, and all the ones I had I gave to my dentist a year ago. Drywll sanders have to be really suffering.

Here they came back at low enaugh prices again. Just 50-100% increase in price compared to before pandemic. Online in bulk you could probably get them even cheaper.
I still have some from before the pandemic. Good to have stocks of things sometimes lol.

Anyone telling you not to wear a mask in a pandemic is a huckster who cares not that you get infected.

That is absurd. This "oxygen depletion" must be hell for surgeons who often spend most of their day masked and cloaked heavily, or anyone who has worked in a clean room facility for years. Spreading totally fake news does not make it valid or true.

Indeed! Adjunct instructor for college for years after long career in didactic imaging. Galled by those here or students listing fake quotes, plagiarizing or spreading fake news. As an imaging specialist for decades, had to wear a surgical mask in surgery, sometimes for hours on end. No big deal.

Same as now....no big deal.

And bitchute is notorious for fake news, video or print.

I've seen a video on youtube showing an oxymeter being used, when placed inside the mask it wend from 21% down to 17%, how is that fake news?

As I stated there are dozens of peer reviewed articles on mask wearing from surgeons and they all show that masks do harm, do your own research instead of posting ill informed opinion.

Try an finger pluse-oxymeter on you and compare wearing a mask to not wearing one.

- can't stand wearing a mask - but have to about 30 minutes a week - on the bus and in the supermarket - or you can't ride the bus or get the food -

And i've seen video of a doctor showing his oxygen levels without a mask, with a mask, with 2 masks, 3 masks, 4 masks and the levels never changed at all.

While health services like the simplicity of masks, people that work all day in clean rooms use respirators. A visor with filtered clean air piped in. I have worked in Astra's respiratory medicine R&D labs full time. Nobody wears masks. There is a hierarchy of respirators provided.

You must of been wearing one recently, so should know the issues with oxygen depletion and raised heartbeat. If you really have not noticed, try going jogging in one. As some point the restriction will become very apparent as you take it off gasping for air.

joggers have MUCH higher respiratory rate, which "could" affect oxygen intake. DRs, nurses etc (and folks walking through grocery stores) are not breathing anywhere near that rate.

That time of year when I must make a trip to the dreaded laundry mat to wash up the big winter bedding, sigh.
I'd put it off til I could no longer, as I was not looking forward to wearing a face diaper in a hot humid environment.
Whew, they were busy. 2 people were wearing masks, the rest of us... not. Made the task nearly tolerable.
I still have not been ill either.
