Dude's prolly right about the cams. Posted on the TV/internet cables, right outside the secret temple of cannabis growing. Since they are hooked to the cable, there is probably more than a cam in there. They have the bandwidth and power for scanners, sniffers, MW radar, lidar, facial recognition, AI, etc... remote sensor heads only.
