America is not the land of the free. It's filled with hundreds of thousands of mini, medium, and larger size governments. All of whom are facing bankruptcy because of pension obligations, related to health care costs.

And they're responding by stealing from "the little people".


Wish they would just Declare War. If they're going to have a Civil War, call it out.
