    Have a good friend whose missus has ME,,,,
    Would appreciate any recommendations for this illness,,,,,
    I imagine pure indicas won’t be too good but I stand corrected if wrong ,,,,,

          I have similar fatigue issues. I would recommend a pure tropical Sativa with a euphoric, uplifting happy high with no ceiling or come down. Low potency overall, maybe around only 8 - 12% THC and no CBD with the right Sativa terps. You want to avoid any strain that has a come down ...
