UFC.TV the worst streaming service ever!

Thought I would order up the fight to stream since I was away, paid for the hd stream even since I had great Internet connection like 50mbps down.
So I order the fight and it looks like a 1930 newsreal, jumps everywhere the screen is ridiculas, not only was it not hd but I couldn't even read the fighters names as they entered the ring, it was unwatchable.
So I try to utilize their "live help" option wait with the window open thru every fight then finally closed it on the main event, for a whole 13 seconds....lmfao
I then emailed them letting them know what had happend, after 3 days they responded with any request after the event ends is not valid....
Ufc.tv are scammed and rip off artists, make you pay for your stream use horrible servers the stream is unwatchable and they steal your money.
Hoping to save someone else the heart break of paying 60 dollars for digitized unrecognizable fighters to glitch around the screen.

Didn't watch ufc 194 on there but I pay for their monthly service. The stream works fine for me whether live or recorded. The post fight press conference was clear for me.

Sometimes it will be crystal clear and then something happens and the quality goes bad... blurry like you describe. Usually I just refresh the page and it's in hd again. Not sure the reason it happens but for me it was an easy fix. Maybe it's different with payperview.

I watched ufc194 on one of these Internet Streams... after closing the X's .enlarging screen,etc ? There was no problem...THEN slap bang in the Nelso Maia fight The picture freezes ...fking thing. Just as nelson was starting to look defeated with maias constant Bjj wearing him down

The Early Prelims / Prelims were on Fightpass you had to pay for the main card ...

Yeah for 194 I decided to get ppv on tv. The streams are not bad but like you said they freeze. Hard to beat free for most occasions. Downloaded the whole thing from pirate bay the next day.

It was dissapointing that's for sure, I figured I was safe cause I stream everything an have zero issues even ponied up for the "hd" stream
They of course ignored all my requests for help for 3 days then tell me sorry I waited too long to ask for help or a refund....
Its a total scam I will never do it again complete waste of time an money

Ii miss BTSPORT2HD ... BUT THEN the "English weather " makesn the Sattelite hard to receive at times.. rolleyes
Dowloading the SHow is the WTG for me ..... the fkin cmg fight didnt start until 6am!

I was actually planning to go with the ppv stream from the ufc site but decided against it for fear of exactly that happening. Still don't trust any streaming to run flawlessly.

I pay for Fight Pass, and I've bought a few PPV events online. I haven't had a problem with a paid stream yet. I agree that their customer service sucks in general.

Well after goin back an forth with them they suddenly found the Java chat support session where they left me hanging and gave me the refund.
M314 I really wish that had been the way it went for me.
I feel like it wasn't anything I've done my network speed was solid as fock 54mbps down and my laptop is top of the line plenty of ram bad to the bone video card an all.
Netflix works great so does every other stream I use.
I have a feeling their servers were overwhelmed I even turned it down to 540p an couldn't get it to stop stuttering on me
Lesson learned I guess, with as much money as they make of these things tho they really should be dialed as far as I'm concerned.
It should be exactly the same experience as watching it on satellite if it's the same price.

I Will most likely watch on Fight Pass,Ive never had any problems with their Streaming.
