I bought my dream car years ago. A 1987 Porsche 911. And I still have it, although it is time to sell it since I don’t drive it enough anymore. I got it in 2004 and I did all of my own work for years. Brakes, endless suspension restoring, tweaking to get it just right. Now I hurt too much to do my own work on it so I have to take it to a pcar specialist. I never tracked it because that was never my intent. Even though it rattles & bangs (since it is a cabriolet), it is the ultimate Porsche cruiser, in my mind.

A twisty road on a warm sunny day, top down & 3rd gear with this car is one of life's true pleasures.
