That's about all they had to do.

an airplane cabin is one of the most effective virus incubators.

meaning, the infection spread on the plane.

They had the option to quarantine 50,000 to maybe 100,000 airplane passengers for 3 days, or 2 or 3 weeks. That was Option 1.

But they didn't, they went with Option 2. Ignorring it, while the CDC debated whether this virus could go human to human.

So all those infected people returned to their homes in the US.

and probably infected more people along the way.

I have to respect Chris Martenson, he spent his doctorate years in a bunny suit because he was studying infectious pathogens.

He says this is comparable to the 1918 flu, a "100 year event".

Though I will ad, with a lot more people participating, whichever version of the flu it ends up being.

Guess this virus is not so bad then. Why would they let people that might be exposed to it and in the incubation period with no symptoms fly or move around? Little sarcasm there. I have no idea how bad it really is but do not want to be a test subject either.

Once again, the officials in charge are moronic in their decisions. And that is not giving enough credit to morons.

The couple travelling form Wuhan to Toronto - man and wife both who had the virus. That has been confirmed. This is what is defined in medical lingo as a cluster, and is only given that name after it has been lab tested twice.

These two people are on board an aircraft for hours on end, spreading the virus, which quite obviously is VERY contagious.

Every single person on that plane should have been immediately quarantined by Health Canada. I just watched the evening news, with some dummy who is suppose to be the Chief Ontario Health Officer, and she claims that only the married couple have been quarantined.

A human sneeze will eject, at over 100 miles per hour, as many as 50,000 individual aerosolized micro droplets of saliva and other moisture for a distance of between 19 and 26 FEET. This is data from recent MIT studies. Think about that.

contagion01.jpg

This aerosolized blast of mist from an uncovered sneeze or cough will be carryings viruses and bacteria and each droplet can hang in the air for minutes or longer, depending upon the size and weight of the droplet.

An uninfected person can then walk into and through some of those particulates and inhale them and easily become infected. Think about the consequences of this taking place in an airplane.

WTF...? Is she really this stupid, with her background and education ? Or, has she been ordered to do what she has done ?

She would either have to be a Medical Doctor, or have a PhD in an appropriate field of study. She then went on to claim that all necessary action was taken.

I don't fucking think so, as in no fucking way. This really pisses me off.

It's now been confirmed that a person in Vancouver now has the virus.

The world has gone insane....... :yikes:...... with idiots at the helm..... :wallbash:... devoid of ethics.

Breaking 2 hours ago....

The U.S. Attorney announced Tuesday that Zaosong Zheng, a 30-year-old Chinese citizen is being charged with making a false, fictitious and fraudulent statement after being stopped by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at Logan International Airport on Dec. 10 as he was preparing to board a flight for Beijing, China....

Agents accessed Zheng’s luggage and discovered 21 vials wrapped in plastic bags and concealed in a sock, records state. The vials contained brown liquid and included hand-written labels and notes. Zheng is accused of taking the vials from the medical center on Dec. 9.

Agents intercepted Zheng before he boarded the plane and asked him if he was carrying any biological materials, which court documents say Zheng repeatedly denied. Once agents escorted him to the baggage area and had him identify his luggage, special agent Kara Spice reported Zheng said he had not identified them because they were unimportant and not part of his research. Instead, he said, they had been given to him by a friend, Zhang Tao.

People with intention spreading the virus, escape the quarantine zone What happen amid the outbreak?

[YOUTUBEIF]lNiEYLaEWTI[/YOUTUBEIF]

An elderly woman was filmed refusing to wear a mask on a bus in central China’s Henan province. Several police officers tried to persuade her to put one on, and even provide a mask for her. But she still refused to cooperate.

Not to be an alarmist, but I see no way this is not going around the US or even the world, just like any other flu bug. If you show no symptoms for 2 weeks how can anyone tell if you are sick, and if you can spread it during that time period, well I think I can guess the outcome of that.

Corona virus is a bit comparable with the flu, when we talk about the symptoms and yes 1000s die every year because of the flu, but when i see coughing blood on the street, reminds me of the 1918 flu.

Hmmm - I don't think that the Coronavirus is a hobby - unless there are still some rare disease collectors still alive -

i'm sure the US & Russia have captive populations. maybe China as well. morons still keep live smallpox & others as well. we don't KNOW what they have in "cages"...be "poetic justice" if this one turns out to be an escapee from Chinas' labs. well, unless it kills us all. Mother Nature has a way of "thinning the herd" every now & then...

In case you missed it, yesterday, Federal Agents arrested Dr. Charles Lieber, chair of Harvard University's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, with lying to the Department of Defense about secret monthly payments of $50,000.00 paid by China and receipt of millions more to help set up a chemical/biological “Research” laboratory in China. Also arrested were two Chinese “Students” working as research assistants, one of whom was actually a lieutenant in the Chinese Army, the other captured at Logan Airport as he tried to catch a flight to China - smuggling 21 vials of “Sensitive Biological Samples” according to the FBI.
Oh, almost forgot. The research lab the good professor had helped set up? It’s located at the Wuhan University of Technology. Wuhan China is ground zero to the potentially global pandemic known as the “Coronavirus”which is both spreading rapidly and killing people.

This is Stephen Coonts international spy novel stuff happening in real life - and it has barely made the news.

U.S. Accuses Harvard Scientist of Concealing Chinese Funding

BOSTON — Early Tuesday morning, F.B.I. agents arrived at two of the most protected corners of Harvard University’s academic cloister, raking through a gabled house in the suburb of Lexington and a neoclassical brick building in Cambridge.

By afternoon, one of Harvard’s scientific luminaries was in handcuffs, charged with making a false statement to federal authorities about his financial relationship with the Chinese government, and especially his participation in its Thousand Talents program, a campaign to attract foreign-educated scientists to China.

The arrest of Charles M. Lieber, the chair of Harvard’s department of chemistry and chemical biology, signaled a new, aggressive phase in the Justice Department’s campaign to root out scientists who are stealing research from American laboratories.

For months, news has been trickling out about the prosecution of scientists, mainly Chinese graduate students and researchers working in American laboratories. But Dr. Lieber represents a different kind of target, a star researcher who had risen to the highest reaches of the American academic hierarchy.
