^^ That Oaxaca x Zamal looks like it came out of the High Times Best Weed of 1977 pics. It's a beauty to me.:good: I have a airy fetish though.

"The Blood"
Rare "Hawaiian Bloodline" phenotype d

A legendary phenotype that surfaces "once in a million" when testing Hawaiian seeds.

The Blood as it was called in the 70's by local growers in Hawai'i displays a red "bloodline" up the stem and leaf veins and bleeds a red sticky sap like excretion ergo the name "The Blood".

While many searching for this phenotype mistakenly believe it is a individual strain, according to local Hawaiian growers finding the blood is like winning the lottery and there is no guarantee that seeds made from a blood pheno will produce offspring that also exhibit the blood phenotype.

how do the stems and leafs look and red veins ?

The Haze Whisperer
I made a close friend from Hanna who told me about the line called blood my interests in Hawaiian cannabis started in the 80s when i was lucky inuf to come across imported Hawaiian named Maui Wowie i found some seeds in the few ounces i got and ended up growing possibly some of the best cannabis i ever grew and smoked.

I lost the line long story and spent decades trying to get it back even offered people 4k for seed at one point it was not meant to be.

My friend from Hanna new the Californian guy that moved to Hanna they called Mr Maui who was claimed to be the original breeder of the legend Maui Wowie.

The Maui Wowie grew to 7m in the forests of Hanna great 60 minuets doco on a ex vet that grew it if any can find it i had it saved on VHS.

One of the parents of Maui Wowie is said to be Blood and Blood was a Thai hybrid going by my sauce.

I really hope the older growers there saved these genetics but the DEA hammered Hanna and the other islands.

Its a bit like Jamaica there now you will find any thing from OG kush to white widow.

I had lots on a disc along with Many NH and others but cant find it but picture NH early days the extreme haze of plants being expressed The plants with almost dark green black leaf to the dark olive green that is what i saw i would say as good as the Mango Haze test seed.

When i get around to them again i will take pics again.
hi hempy:smoke: Just recently I was able to retrieve some better quality pictures of the various phenotypes I got from the super silver haze in 2003 ...if you would like I will post them here

Ok then... I became interested in SSH While reading the extremely favorable review in Jasons Kings Canna-bible...he went on about it won the High Times cup three years in a row in 1997 1998 1999 & referred to it as the champagne of cannabis , so I was sold :DI was just getting into changing my life I didn’t really know all that much but I knew about heaven stairway and I bought the seeds from Poppy & she sent me 15 Mr. nice SSH seeds still in the breeder pack..I don’t remember exactly when I bought them but I do know that I started them in September 2003 when I moved upstate...I’d already been growing the Cinderella 99 since 1999 ... All 15 seeds germinated and I did not keep the males (obviously a very foolish move) These are the females I remember thinking at the time it was something really really wrong because not one of them looked at all like the other again I didn’t know what I had on my hands you can see for yourself. >>> this is the original seed plant that produced the gargantuan phenotype ...

just wondering if you guys think the Mr. Nice SSH still stacks up these days? Gotta ask as I used to love Sensi’s stuff around 2000ish but there so much talk that they aren’t what they used to be. Can’t help but wonder the same for Mr. Nice, I hope the genetics are still good quality.
