EM-1 by Teraganix is a concentrated microbial inoculant that would take care of most other competing mold/bacteria, whether in soil or in solution. Will also consume dead plant material, breaking it down so it's basically another nutrient. You'll have to monitor pH, though, as you're already doing for DWC anyway...
