Photon LED Grow Light 65W Module

Is there anyone here who can have any input on the following light:

I'm looking for a new led for veg but without being too powerful.

I'm also considering a HLG light or a atreum hydra 1000...

If that is all you need, then look at the LED CFL comparisons thread. £40 will do it, or £20 if you are handy.

They look like 5mm LEDs being used there. They talk about chips, but that's not what I am seeing. They could be really bad. I'm presuming they are decent though, while telling you how to pay a lot less to replace it.

Of those two the atreum is obviously much better light.
