Well, I've got those items on my list of potential purchases.

So, $157 with tax for the pair.

I am kinda liking my slow cooker, because it adds heat to the closet as well.
It's been a couple of hours and the temps and RH have risen.

The water isn't too hot, so I turned the slow cooker up to high.

I tested the slow cooker on high with no water to see how hot it gets, and it's not too bad.
It draws 184 Watts on high, and has lots of mass and surface area to dissipate the heat.
It's certainly not as hot as those 100 Watt incandescent bulbs.

My slow cooker holds about 4 liters as well, and I doubt that it will steam it all off in one day.

It's really easy to fill too. Just pour the water in..

It's working pretty good.
All the numbers look better.

There's wisps of steam coming off the surface of the water. (no boiling.)

Now that you got the hotbath steady, get a vacuum sealer and research some saus vide recipes. You won't regret it!

I actually just bought a vacuum sealer a couple of weeks ago.

It's been sitting there since it arrived.
I've been too lazy to read the directions,.. lol

I had to Google that,..

I've watched a few videos on how to use regular freezer bags to get them to vacuum out properly.
The Food Saver bags are expensive.

Meanwhile the vacuum sealer has gone the way of the digital camera I bought.

They are both waiting for me to get around to it. lol

Maybe I can vacuum seal my entire closet so that it can hold a vacuum? It will need rigid walls to hold back pressure.

If I apply a vacuum to the entire closet, I could suck the water right out of the plant !@??

If I seal up around the stalk, then I could leave the root system under regular pressure and just apply a vacuum to the plant that is above ground...

I could suck water right up from the roots...
The plant might squirt water right outta its leaves !@@??? Lol

Or, I could just sober up. Lol

I will admit that my seedling looks a little sickly.
It's pale and ruffled and just looks kinda crappy.

Let's see what the second set of leaves look like with more heat and humidity,...

Two seagulls flying away from you from right to left.
Two seagulls flying towards you from right to left.

Two Canada Geese 🇨🇦 flying towards you from the left to the right.
Two more Geese flying away from you from the left to the right.

My 🐈 can't fly.
That kinda sucks.
Lol

My heater/humidifier is working well. It uses up just over half the water per day, so filling it once a day is fine.

The plant looks OK, it's getting bigger anyway, and she's reaching up now.
(I had just filled the slow cooker, so the RH dropped until it warms up again.)

There's no action with the window plant yet.
I hope it doesn't take a week to break through the surface?

Looking happier😸

Well, she still looks ruffled, pale and has rounded serrations, but I've grown a lot of plants like that before and they turned out fine.

I might start with the nutes a little bit earlier than usual and not wait for two full sets of leaves.

I'm kinda thinking that she might be hungry now because of her pale color, but it might be due to the new strain I'm growing?

My plant is 13 days old since I started the seed but it's way behind your 11 day old plants.

I'm going to give her some nutes.
750 ppm Maxigro.

It's an autoflower so "time's a wasting".

I watered the seedling with about a tablespoon of nutes and sprayed the plant with some too.

Apparently, autoflowers like to grow their tap root down to the bottom of their container before the start to take off above ground, so that might have something to do with it too?
