new everthing new grow

hey folks i decided it was time to get a grow on again
my last room was a 2'x3'x6' cupboard with next to no ventilation and crappy lights but i still got some excellent grows in lols

a cheese plant i done in the cupboard lol
but lost the cupboard due to more important things in there now
so i got myself a new setup
so this grow is
greenlab pro+ 80x80x180 tent(very impressed with the quality)pic at end
hyperlux digital ballast
600w hps
250w mh
5"rhino hobby filter
black orchid fan(runs near silent)
grow medium verve compost mixed with perlite,fish,blood and bone meal
nutrients biobizz grow bloom and topmax
seeds are 3 original white widow sumo seeds and 1 blue widow from dinafem seeds
i've got a few grows behind me but always in my old cupboard
this is my first like this so any advice will always be appreciated

day 2 from sprout
all going well very little to see in the pic atm lol
good to see young uns lol

got them under the 250w mh at 25" above 24hours atm(my thoughts were to keep them at 24 for a week then take them down to 18/6 what do you all think???)
room temp is 30.3oc humidity 35%
got negative pressure in the tent so i might think about a fan speed regulator and turn it down a bit

day 16
gave them a first feed yesterday 1ml-100ml bio grow
think they enjoyed it

the blue widow is the one in front right hand
now i've grown a few grows and tbh i think these plants are growing helluva slow???
or is it just me input please
i was thinking the 250w mh is not a good choice of bulb(4500k 21250 lumen)
i was maybe thinking of putting my 600w hps in and set the ballast to 400w advice please

Well dam guys
thanks for the input of advice from my last post
so as the problems with growing didnt change any i changed my light upto my 400w hps and nothing changed
so i was just going to pull them and start again
when i removed them from the pots there was next to no root growth on any of the plants so i am assuming bad soil (bnq verve with added fish bone and meal with perlite)
so i freed up what little roots there was and done a repot into john innes no3 nothing added
and life exploded

day 32 pic

the blue widow on the front rhs was getting to high
so over it went

the runt at the back the root on this when i repotted it was tiny

so as it stands now i have topped them all and trimmed them a bit
this is now day 39

Lookin good! Nice work changin soil n light! My 600w mh never worked vegging to my liking. Tall scraggly plants. Got an LED veg light n they exploded. Best wishes n keep up good work!!

so we reach day 12 flower i put in my 600w hps and i guess it was to much for the tent
slightly scorched the top of the plants
i noticed very early and damage was very limited to a few leaves lost
but resiliant as cannabis is it has recovered well under my 400w
