Does sugar make a high shorter/softer?

Well, thats my question, every time that i am high i love to eat sweet food but i hate that the sugar in it could make the high shorter/softer, despite i dont think this could be a huge difference i would like to know it for sure

Yes. It's your blood sugar raising that does it supposedly.
