So last night i saw the lil white hairs. Yeah. Woo hoo.
So far it looks like it's gonna yield a fair good amount of juicy trich covered dense big cola flowers by the harvest time which should be October. I carefully tied down a few branches to open her canopy more.

Nice meng, will be checking to see what you get in the future..

Used to grow these outdoor all the time, but then they lost their auto-flowering trait and went more towards an early flowering strain, so to speak. So I gave up on em.

They had a pretty decent yield, very uniform taste and smell, which some people didn't like, but I absolutely loved. To each his own I guess. The smoke isn't that strong, but for a guy like me who doesn't smoke that much anymore, it was good. Heavy tokers and smokers might call it a daytime smoke or something like that tho. Prolly more potent when grown indoors in a controlled environment and under steady lights tho.

With that said, it's also pretty good for outdoors. At least the lineage I played with (before it went non-auto), which was worked at 61N to tolerate the weather and mould. Grows pretty with the midnight sun.

If you don't mind, here's a couple of pictures:

Oh yea, I had a couple of phenos every year among the AAKs that seemed to never stop flowering. Rest of the plants were done with the white hairs, everything was starting to turn brown and the buds were fattening nicely, but then a couple of chicks just kept pumping white hairs like there's no tomorrow. Don't know if this happens with every AAK line out there, but keep a look out for them. With our very limited season up here in the North, I usually took em down with the rest, even if they didn't look ready. Better to have almost ready buds than lose em to mould and winter.

Anyways, good luck with the flowering, and have a nice weekend, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! :)

Update. She is still alive and growing strong. Hasn't started flowering yet other than a few white hairs. I been feeding her bloom food.

Badticket: I miss the days of being able to grow outdoors in me backyard. I had the quit and move indoors because I'm not in a legal state and it sucks.

nice AK's btw.

This AK is growing like a beast. This is probably the biggest plant I've gotten to grow indoors a long time.

when Airbuds said these should grow well. Wow! This thing got huge quick with just 2 led lamps. I'd love to see how well this grows outdoors maybe next spring.

This AK47 won't stop growing. But that's better than my last auto seeds which never started growing in the first place.
Either way I'm so far im very satisfied with this brand of auto given to me to try by airbuds. Now gotta see how much this girl will yield. Which hopefully is a lot of dense, fat, and frosty flowers.

This lady keeps getting taller and taller, I think its a baller. lights are 18h on 6h off.
Hopefully it starts flowering very soon and finishes by Christmas. But if not that's fine too.

Also this is the biggest plant ever grown indoors in the 20 years i been growing. I'm well aware that it's all about genetics.

also i only take the pix with no flash.

So she is still growing well as of now.

The other autos seeds from afterthought could still grow bigger next round with bigger pots and 18/6 light schedule.
Some of the other seeds they sent are photoperiod strain. Ill be planting seeds more soon.

also i have more cuttings from the AK lady. He's hopefully they're all roots well in the soil
