A couple of 8-week pics. I'm itching to get chopping, but I'm going to hold back until I've hit a full 9 weeks.

It doesn't show up well in the pics, but most of the branches on this plant have the biggest buds at the bottom, and they get smaller moving up to the crowns of the colas. Never saw that before. (Granted, I'm not a veteran grower, so there's still a lot I haven't seen!)

Here's another 8 week pic. Planning to harvest her this coming Wednesday, January 13th. Almost no clear trichs, a few amber, mostly cloudy. Since this pic was taken, her smell has changed, and she now has a remarkably strong beef jerky aroma. It's really mouth-watering!

So I finally ponied up the money for a better ph meter. I'd been using those cheap, generic $15 meters, but I just got an Apera PH20, and I'm glad I did - the cheapo was reading .6 too low, so I've almost certainly been giving the plants 5.2 or less for a long time. Next run in this tent will be two clones of this Bubba Hash I'm growing right now, and I'm really looking forward to seeing what (if any) difference properly ph'd water will make. Hoping to see bigger buds next time around! (Though quality is far more important than quantity, I'm always happy to have both!)

She's beautiful! Bubba Hash definitely comes with some strong, unique, intoxicating smells.

Here are a couple more pics from harvest. (The first pic sort of shows how the buds are larger lower on the branches.) Still wondering which way this pheno leans, if anyone can enlighten me!

Nice Bubba Hash Humple W!

Did you top it? It looks so branched. If so, when and how long did you let it grow until switching to flower?

Thanks! Looking back at the dates on my pics (the only semi-reliable way I have of tracking the plants - because I always forget to note in the grow journal, but you always want more pics of your girls!), it looks like the seed was planted early in the first week of October, the plant was topped about one month later, and then flipped within a week of topping. So not a whole lot of veg time! If I recall the beginning of this thread correctly, Dubi does recommend running Bubba Hash untopped - but I don't have the height for that in my tent!

Found a pic I took on the day I flipped the Bubba Hash to flower (she's the plant on the right). So you can see how much she grew and stretched! I topped her just the one time.

She's gorgeous! You have more than one pheno, correct? Notice any difference in their maturation times?

Not much, I don't think. Characteristics are different, leaning to one parent or another, but flowering time is 8-9 weeks, but 10 for a little different effect.

I'm so captivated and intrigued by the fragrance of these flowers. It's this seasoned meat smell... I immediately thought beef jerky, but my wife said sausage, and my son said gyro meat - any way you cut it, it's so incredibly meaty! Like really shockingly so. I've smelled/tasted a decent variety of cannabis, and I've even come across strains with a hint of what I interpreted as sausage, but it was nothing like the powerful, dominating essence of this Bubba Hash. So now I'm really curious - anyone here know what terp(s) account for this quality? (I'd be especially interested in Dubi's take on that!)
