So who has been getting messed with by the Sheriff who said those with personal grows would be overlooked and they were only going after the large for profit operations?

The neighbors 12 got cut yesterday, bullshit.

It was residential right off one of the main roads in South county. They are on a mission this year, just saw the helicopter out circling the others I know that are in the area. Which are all 12 plant grows.

damn truth....................county regulated so regardless of whats voted in state or Doc recommendation don't mean shiat in the end..........fines of 1k/plant down this way and if not payed.... lien on property owner...................

There are no fines here, it's an ordinance, no fine just a letter saying you need to cut the plants in a certain amount of time and can request a hearing....

The hornets nest has been buzzing in the last two weeks. Lots of unmarked cars and white suburbans full of the "acronym crews" and resources from other agencies (read too many tax dollars) The county is very much encouraging jealous neighbors and a good amount of retired folks with nothing better to do than pick up that phone . Pretty sad when we could be collecting heaps of revenue for the poor county from licenses/permits ect. Grrr!

Yeah it is sickening watching them wast all these resources with the new regulatory laws available to them to be able to tax/license farms and make revenue for the broke county. I really feel like regulation would be a great way to have an economic boom for the county.
