Hello dude, MJ is illegal in Ukraine, but possesion for self consumtion up to 5 grames should not lead to serious crime. 90% cases you able to pay police (they bust ppl with mj to get money for living - its his earing).

99% of street MJ is crap quality and police. If your want a good budds you should know growers or people who can get quality growers stuff.

There is no clubs and cafes. Be carefull, many ukrainian citizens relate MJ to serious drug and avoid it (exUSSR mentality, anti drug promotion, alco lobby by goverment).

Just be a bit carefull with MJ in Ukraine, but if u posses one joint just feel relaxed-its 100% do not lead to arrest (pay police from $20 to 100 if you busted with small amount of MJ), sometimes they dont touch MJ users ..it depend of social status, age etc.
