Im currently living in Colorado, have been for a year. Im looking to get into the cannabis industry as I truly enjoy working with plants, its a passion of mine.
Ive starting research on the laws and a MED badge. Was going to go to the office next week and apply... but
My question is should I get a Key or Support?
I realize the support jobs of trimmer, budtender, warehouse hand etc. Im fine with starting at the bottom, if the market is truly saturated.
Im looking for info on Key person jobs as well. Are these exclusive to stakeholders with ownership interests in a company or are there "free agent" Key person jobs out there available to prospective employees?
I understand the way things work in some industries and I am %100 fine with climbing the ladder with an entry level position. In fact I think it would be great from an empathy research point of view to learn all the specific jobs and functions. But I have a masters and skills and would be a waste in an entry level.
Is a Key person badge worth it if i have no industry connections?
