Alone in Oxford!

Any one living in and around Oxford?

I'm on a course with work near Oxford for the second half of this week. Staying in a local hotel.

What is there to do with my evenings? I can't remember the last time I went straight home after work, I've always got something to do or people to see :smoke out:. But what is there to in a town I don't know, where I have nothing to do outside of the hours 9-5? :dunno:

I WON'T EVEN HAVE THE INTERNET

This may sound daft, but it's the first time I've stayed away on my own.:pointlaug That does sound a bit stupid, but there's a first time for everything. Lets not talk about what else i'm virgin to :moon:

What I'm thinking most is "how can I smoke without being bate (obvious)?". I'm so used to smoking at home or in friend's houses. Really not looking forward to smoking on the street. I've thought of making some edibles before I leave, but not had the time.

All suggestions welcome! For how to smoke, what to do, anything on locally etc. Ta :thank you:

Smoking outdoors is very liberating, just build up your confidence with the single sheet like verdant says. Find yourself a quiet spot, preferably an open space so you can spot any problems in good time. If you see the so called 'law' approaching just stand on the joint, give it a squish and walk away. Hopefully it won't have stuck to your shoe ;)

Too much information, Man!

Try Googling 'what's on oxford' or 'concerts oxford' or similar.
