Ok...Here is what I have:

24 pot Cap Ebb & Gro System (Actually, I have 2)
12 White Widows
9 Killa Kush
2 Blue Cheese
1 Super Lemon Haze

Room size is 8x14x8 tall

These girls went into flower on St Patty's Day and the following pics were taken yesterday.

....and ain't this the truth???

Any and all advice is appreciated. I am also 4 weeks into flower on a 10 pot soil grow and will be posting some bud porn there.

Veg was 4 weeks...I had very small clones that took a week before they did anything in the system. The WW, nearest the "fixed" wall, are all about 20-24". The Kali Kush are all above 2 ft and the Blue Cheese are over 2 ft, almost 30" in fact. The SLH, was a tiny girl that I LST'd and she is around 16". Speaking of LST, Most of the girls have been manipulated in one way or another. I am heading to the garden now, as we have some more cold weather coming in and I need to make sure the heat will be on after lights out. I will have updated pics as well as pics of the complete setup from early on. I am just trying to figure out how to post it and get everyone caught up without making this thread too long...

Can anyone tell me how to put up an avatar that is not on the very, very tiny list? I see folks with avatars that are not on the pre-defined list.

Those are those pre built ebb n grow buckets that are like five bills for an eight pack right? I've just started looking at them. How much air/root space is between the bottom of the first bucket and the bottom of the second? I'm guessing 2-3 inches?

Good job, those are some very healthy plants. Are you running a chiller atm?

Ok, I have some updates and I want to give you folks a better idea of my setup. I figure pics would answer most questions.

The room is 8ft wide x 14ft long and has 8ft ceilings. I am using 3 1000w HPS during flower. I have three 3ft parabolics. For fresh air, I have a fan the blows 1370cfm into the room and the same blowing out. At this time I have no issues with temp (70-75 lites on/off) humidity is a small issue as we usually are pretty dry here...just been wet lately so I have been right at 50-60%. I am using AN Connesseur nutes and I just ordered the new "PH Balancing" from them...gotta try em! So the following pictorial is to get you caught up to today...feel free to ask questions/make suggestions, I as I am always willing to teach/learn something new :tiphat:

Here's the res...notice I have it outside the grow room

This is the room, where the lines from the res come in. The lights have 4ft parabolic reflectors

The other end of the room, notice how I have the cords from the lights going out of the room.

The ballasts opposite the walls

Today's stats:

PH - 6.2
Res Temp - 65
Room Temp - 72, RH 30
Using DutchMaster Gold and everything is at 400PPM, using only have strength for this week, then upping it to full doses.

Ok, here are a few White widows, these seem to have had issues with transplant. Maybe the fact that I gave no nutes for the first few days contributed.

Now these White Widows seem to have made it ok.

Blue Cheese - Spindley Fuckers

Super Lemon Haze - Kinda Spindly as well

And last, but not least...Killa Kush
Droopy due to lack of nutrients

Ok, went for my daily "therapy" session and, while LSTing, I found a few spider mites! :angryfire: Seemed to be confined to the White Widows, so I am assuming I got my gardner's pests....grrrrrrrr.

So, I put on my Ninja clothes :rambo: and stormed in with a Pyrithium Bomb!!

Bomb was for 3000sq ft, so I know them bastards should die!!!!

Now...the few plants I was able to start LSTing...what do you think?

So, now I wait 24 hrs!!

Ok, as you can see, the taller ones are right at 1 ft...I am hoping to get to 2ft in the next week to 10 days...anything taller would be a bonus!!!

Flushing the girls really worked well!!! They grew a few inches and really are looking ALOT better!!! What was really strange was that when I started flushing 2 days ago, I started with Ph'd water at 5.8 and around 175 PPM from the tap. When I checked it today...the PH had risen to 6.8 and the PPM had gone to 640? Where did that all come from? Was this locked up in the plant and then released into the water? Anyhow, I started them on 1/4 strength nutes and I wanna watch them for a week, I think, then I will probably flower them. They are all 16" and taller up to right at 2 ft. The 2 footer is a Blue Cheese and it grew 3.5 inches in the last 2 days.

Ok...now you are caught up to today. I bet this string is too long, so I will show you todays pics....man I sure do love this Ebb & Gro!! :jump:

I have 2 Cap systems...they came with 12 buckets. I put some blocks in the pots to raise them another 2" in the pots...someone made that suggestion, but you have to wait til you have good roots.

No chiller, the res is outside the room, what you see in the room is the controller bucket. After this grow, I think I will move it outta the room as wellmakes it easy to do things, even when lights are off. I may also put something more permanent together with PVC...just wanna do a lil research on glues.

can i chime in here please? everything looks very nice bro keep it, i like to fiddle around a bit when it comes to training and i would like to share some info with you, when in the ebb and gro the beauty of this system is plant site mobility, i personally hate using a trellis or net because those spindly blue cheeses will need support, i prefer tomato cages, they are perfect for support but you can do some sick LST work with them, also on one or a couple of plants looked like you have light bleaching. also this system has tons of tubes for nutrient salts to biuld up on, thats where that PPM spike came from, to have a trouble free grow with this uniot i highly recommend you flush atleast once a month, look at how young the plants are, imagine the biuld up at 4 weeks flower, that will wreak havoc on your PH and PPM readins causing so many other issues potentially lockouts and nute burn. i hope you dont think i am rambling on its that when i see a nice Ebb n gro show i like to share.

I flush every 10 days for 1 day...since I have 2 resevoirs. I give my girls fresh nutes every 10 days and only top off in between. 24 hrs of flush really helps your garden...my problem with this grow was I tried to pound the nutes down their throats too soon. I am now running 1200PPM and will be amping up slowly to about 2000PPM. The girls are now quite stable and the are giving me some stretch but they are thickening up more. I want a lil strtch so I moved the lights up a lil...in 2 days I will bring them back down to about 6-8" off the tops. Sorry about rambling, but I get going about this wonderful plant and i can go on forever.... :artist:

Nice and tight! Way to plan things out. To tag onto what morrisg said, you might look into drip clean from house and garden. It binds up the salts somehow. I'm using it in handwatering with no runoff (ver little anyway) and no salt builup problems so far. http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=150433 check this thread and some of his others out

I'm not having any salt issues? don't know where that came from...I had overfed my girls earlier...to a point where I had some fan leaves almost Flouress, but I corrected that quite quickly
