Ok..somtimes it's a mission findin' all the supplies and materials for your grow..and people start thinkin' the only way is orderin online...so if you know what store sells light timers,sockets,CFL's,etc..just pot in this thread!!!

anywhere with aquarium suppies has a better airpump selection than a growshop. Lots of other cool things too if your creative.

I picked up a pretty sweet dripper kit from Lowes for 15 bucks (plumbing section--not gardening), came with a flow regulator 15 tees 20 drippers 50 feet of tubing, stakes and some other shit I don't know what to do with. I like Lowes because their customer service is so shitty that no one ever bothers you when you're grow shopping. My local hardware store has better selection, but they know me as a valued customer and also as someone who does not normally buy foil tape, 4 cfls, a lampcord and a water pump in the same purchase.

We have ReStore's around here also, you can find used wiring supplies, cabinets, plumbing, ducting, and all kinds of other goodies for dirt ass cheap. I've even seen an old cabinet with a junction box on the back, peculiar holes drilled in it and a rather mysterious water damage on the inside :wink:

Fred meyer also sells small coco bricks, airstones, good ol rubbermaid tubs (6 dollar reservoir or a whole growroom if you want to go micro tubbin') Fans thermometers, pots. Everything but the HPS and the nutes really.

ive herd menards has gh.
alot of time farm supplies store have gh and grow stuffs... the one near me has a small selection of things, everything from RW and clones supplies to promix and azatrol etc. they got a 1/2 isle dedicated to hydro stuff and orchid food gh basics etc. nothing fancy. some 3 part and ...
neat store... plastic barrols for cheap.

Agway has a lot of good stuff promix, perlite, a decent selection of organic nutesnm, I got shallots for my garden this year at 2.50 a lb. Last year I paid 14.00lb for them online plus shipping.

Yeah this is pretty helpful...also if you wanna buy huge canning jars(for curing) go to Michaels...theyr like a dollar each..but theyr huge..

i like to go to walmart to get my mechanical timers. Brinks makes them its the kind where u press in the slot and that equels 15 mins, they are alot easier to operate then digi timers. Go get them while they last!

Stanley/Lasko Utility Fans can be found at lowes and home depot, they are great $40 exhaust! Cant beat it.

yea i get most ducting through home-de-pot i like the riged aluminum ducting...
i use the hydro store for nutes high-power light fixtures, bulbs, hoods, nutes, fans(duct) and specialty accessories. ......... :wave:

unless i can find a deal on the street/craigslist/ebay. :rasta:
i know a guy so sometimes it makes sence to buy a bunch of shit at the h-store also, its not uncommon for me to get a big discount on decent size purchases.

Wafflehouse, the mechanicals might be ok, but the Brinks digital timers are defective, all of them. [based on two out of two I tried] They do not hold the time settings if there is even a power flutter, they loose the settings, every flipping week. Just a warning on a bad product.
