Are you referring to the actual regulator or the flow meter?
The flow meter will need to be setup according to the release time and size of the grow area. If you're not using a meter to control ppms, go to http://www.hydroponics.net/learn/co2_calculator.asp and plug in your room dimensions and play with the CFM until you find an appropriate timing.

Thanx sandman, their is a P.S.I. gauge that's round and has numbers in it indicating amount of P.S.I. You have to set the amount of P.S.I. on that. If I am not mistaken, it's 20 pounds P.S.I. Not the flow meter, the P.S.I. gauge thats part of the assembly of the regulator that is connected to the CO2 tank. Berryhill
