Disrupted light cycles during veg?

I realize this is an extremely noobish question, but I haven't actually seen this covered before. Is it ok to disrupt light cycles during veg, for example removing plants from the grow room during lights off to give a good foilar feeding etc.? Or will this result in problems later on?

I dont think messing with the light cycle becomes a major problem untill flowering, I guess thats why they always say "Make sure your plant recieves a complete 12 hours of darkness" in all the grow videos.

I mean obiously you want to not inturrupt their dark unless it has to be done, or you could just leave the lights on 24/7 for veg

It's not a problem in the vegetative phase. :)
