Running my 2nd Organic grow, have chosen Master Kush and Blue Thunder. So far the 4 MK is 7 days from seed in my DWC Bubbler, BT has just been put in rapid Rooters from seed, tails on them were around 1/8 inch. Will have pics of them shortly. I have 6 BT seeds started.
Heres a pic of the 4 MK seedlings in the bubbler, 1 looks kinda weak. I hope it makes it. Veg cabnet has intake and exhaust fans with a 125 watt flouro, Nutes for this grow will Be Floro Nova Grow and Bloom, supplemented with Budswell Bat guano, and maybe some worm casting tea.

Thanks for stoppin in

Keep us posted on those BT beans, the MK will be an interesting thread as well!

1st Blue Thunder bean popped it's little head out of the rapid rooter last night. I'm hoping to see a few more today. I'll post a pic of the seedlings tonight.
Master Kush is thriving nicely, all have good roots, even the runt has 8" roots. I think they all will survive, I had my doubts on the runt. But it looks healthy.
More to come

Not much new to report, 2 of the kush are growing nicely with tight internodes, 1 is stragling behind, but looks healthy. The runt is hangin in there...roots on the runt look nice and healthy 6" out of the netcup, new growth hasnt died, just looks the same as 3 days ago. hehe.
Had one Blue Thunder pop, I think my heat mat is to hot so I lifted it off about 1/2 inch, It's looking better. I'll be posting new pics tomorrow, hope all goes well through the night.
Thanks for stoppin buy :friends:

Ok here goes the update, sad to say the blue thunder seedlings aren't doing worth shit quite frankly, I threw some Belladonna and Lifesaver in as a dafety and they both have sprouted and appear well. Hope I haveny lost 60+ bucks on these beans. Her's some updates, soory for delay, I had to chop and water cure 4 Ice plants this weekend. 3 of the 4 kush plants look good runt looks bad.

Damn DirtySouth! That Kush is looking great! Nice vigorous growth patern on the two larger plants! That sucks about the BT but hopfully the LifeSaver and BellaDonna grows just as vigorous as the Kush! Try a seedling heat mat from your grow supply store, mine only warms the mat 10 degrees above room temp which I try to keep at about 72 degrees. Keep us posted on the progress!
Later Bro!
P.S.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY Enjoy your Holiday!

I was using a heat mat, I think that might have fried the seedlings. I went back to my old method, worked great for the Belladonna and the Lifesaver. I'll have to give the BT another try my old way. I'll just go with the lifesaver and kush and Bella that should give me 3 good types of smoke.

Been tending to some sick Blue Thunder seeds, all six have failed to germ after sprouteing 1/2" tap roots. Roots got brown and mushy. Only one that did manage to sprout died days after with a black rot right under the seed leaves. Not happy, half my BT seeds down the drain, don't know if the others will be worht sprouting either since I have used the same methon on 3 diffrent strains after that and many before with great success. Maybe I got a old batch of seeds.
Anywho, back to the fun stuff. Here's whats currently sprouted and doing wonderfully.
3 Master Kush, really lush, not to branchy in early veg, we'll see how they do later.
4 Belladonna seedlings, strong growers, popped their real leaves a few days ago and are developing nicely
3 LifeSaver Seedlings, Nice growth and strong like the Belladonna, also on their real set of leaves.
2 Lifesver seedlings yet to sprout but moving upwards I can see it.
I will have updated pic's Sunday night. My day today was rearranging the remaining flowering Ice plants to make room for the Kush in about a week, and generally cleaning up my dirty assed grow room.....while smoking some hash from Ice trim.
Peace, and Thank you for stopping buy.
Remember fresh pics tomorrow of some beautiful seedlings of 3 magnificant strains.

Sorry to hear about the BT's DirtySouth. I'll be watching your Master Kush and Bella's. Both have been on my list. I'm growing some lifesaver and they are real vigorous.

Dirty South-
Sounds like the seeds were a victim of damp-off. Make sure your germinating medium is sterile and try adding a little bit of hydrogen perioxide (2 tsp/gal) or chlorine bleach (a couple drops per gallon) to the soak water to kill off the germs.

i came by to look at the BT's but it sounds like they are giving you a hell of a time. Are they refferman bluethunder?
I have 6 BT's on the go, and all 6 poped over night and are all healthy. Maybe keep the seedlings in a tub with no nutes running through.

My guess is that these are Sagarmatha's Blue Thunder and not Reeferman's. I grew RM's Blue Thunder and, by far, the vigor of these plants outgrew everything else in my garden. RM's strains are known for literally "jumping" out of their shells and for their hybrid vigor. Here's a shot of my first run with Reeferman's Blue Thunder just a few weeks from harvest.

what did you think of this strain? I heard it has good anti anxiety anti depressant characteristics, what do you feel about the smoke of this variety????

1st of all, just wanted to show some Dirty Souf love.. 3rd Coast represent..
2ndly, I wanted to note on Reeferman's BT, as I grew the same clones Rellikbuzz did.. It's super velvety-almost berryish smoke, very smooth yet expansive if you take a good rip. The high is pretty euforic and does a great job taking off the stressful edge applied to us by life. So, yes, I'd say its pretty good at being an anti-depressant/anxiety strain for sure. It's also good at getting you plenty stoned. :D

Good luck and keep us posted.

Update....no pics as of yet. Disater hit.
Seems the water company in my town decided to do some work on the lines I guess, Water junked up my RO filters before I could catch the problem.
Water was coming out dirty brown and with massive PH of around 9, PPM was around 600. Unfortunately some of that bad water made it into my seedling bubbler and caused some nasty stem and root rot. I had to clone my seedlings to try to save them, all but 1 Master Kush looks healthy, I think I'm going to loose that MK. Took out a few of my Blue Thunder seedlings, I have 1 left going strong, I had 4 Belladonna seedlings, 3 are going to make it, the 4th looks bad.
Needless to say this mess has set me about a month behind schedule, my once strong 6-8" seedlings are now only 3-4" tall due to the cloning to save them....or at least try.
I did manage to get one Master Kush in the Flower chamber safely. She is now 14" tall and sucking up the organic nutes. I will get a pic this weekend.
Been a very tiring start to my 2nd Organic grow, but things are looking more positive everyday. It's sad to get nailed with stuff like this and having to scurry like hell to try and salvage what ya started, but hey I'm getting way way better at cloning :).
Ordered new filters for my RO system, hopefully tjey arrive before I have to do a res change next weekend.
Pics to come
Peace and Merry Christmas guys and gals

Yeah Reefermans Blue Thunder. Sorry bout that. I'm guessing my water had something to do with my bad germ rates. Glad it's back to normal....so far.

Man I got hit with the same prob at my other house. Co-Op's suck man. Bout once a month you had to be careful with the water for a couple of days. Look on the bright side at least you got to get some clones off it.
