My last order only took six days from England to NorCal, you might get different results as this is the start of outdoor season and they're probably swamped with orders right now. yeah, its best to sign up a free web e-mail account, unrelated to your isp.

isp's dont normally read email, but they do have your real name & address ;) so its best to sign up for a web e-mail account, just in case.
