I love the GTR, i had one try to evade me around some thick traffic to no avail, the guy was such a moron no matter how much anyones car was worth no one was getting through it(but he certainly tried ill give him that). Ragging on his 77k$ white GTR with obvious upgrades, i did laugh my ass off everytime he tried to pull me on the right lane only to get stuck behind a semi( he eventually got through, but had he just chilled out and took it easy he woulda not looked like a raging moron). I always said if i won power ball, or came into serious money the only car id buy is a new GTR in matte black or the gun metal ish metallic grey they have. I Would leave that car stock for a while till i got bored with the stock power ( LOL's)
That girls smokin hot, MMm Mmm MMm hot girls n cars go together like sex n drugs

Yo you need to clean your seats homie, i hate light colored leather. I had a 2001 A4 (black with cream interior) and that interior got trashed within 60k miles, note to self never buy light colored leather interiors they never last and are hard as shit to maintain.

Nothing preppy about the 135 i( starts @ 36k), v-6 turbo charged rear wheel drive, 300 BHP or how about the 335i turbo charged(coupe or sedan) both start at around 42k. The only other German cars(other than Mercedes) i love is the Audi S5(any S4 or RS4, s6 or RS6 also for that matter), tis a beautiful car : V-8 FSI(355 BHP/325 Ft. Lbs). The interior is possibly my most favorite interior and the seats are fucking beautiful.
I love Japanese cars too especially Nissan, Subaru and Mitsubishi and i love most if not all of their sports cars. Who wouldnt want a Nissan GTR or a Subaru WRX STI or an EVO 10, talk about fun, the only car thats really out there as far as price is the GTR and 77k$ for a nissan GTR is FAIR as FUCK IMO.
Yo i gro can you resize the pics at the very top to the size of the second set ?? Your female is worth it isnt she? :D I especially would like you to resize the last two shots on the first post :D and crop it so its just her booty, also if you could just turn up the sharpness and lowerthe contrast :D thanks

Lot of drift heads like the ' JDM true race parts look ' , even when they have a clean set-up , they'll show off the ' rivets ' . Sure you can filler up , but the too clean almost lux style is not the one I prefer . rims are waaay wide to roll
Done these cf fendrs on a different Origin body kit all filled and smoothed to perfection , they painted black and turned out super sick . Both ways are great , just depends what you want .
Notice those are 4 lug too.
done the GT but better depiction of the track and alot of other things is Forza M 2 on the 360 ... plus you can hear you'r playlist as you play .

OK.......I was gonna screw around (like the last poster) and find an ugly ass girl with an ugly ass car. I found something that had me rolling on the floor. Funny ass shit right here.
Apparently this was a real add on Craigslist.
I'm looking for an ugly girl to model for my beautiful car.
Date: 2009-03-17, 12:10PM PDT
I'm looking for an ugly girl to model for my car. Seriously.
You need to be uglier than the famous "Integra girl"
And fuglier than the "Supra girl"
I'm jealous of both of you assholes with your own ugly girl. When do I get my own?
My requirements:
-extremely obese (or extremely skinny will do)
-nappy, fucked up, greasy head of hair
-no prior modeling expertise
-18+. I don't fucking want Chris Hansen showing up at my door
-must have more hair than Chewbacca. On your vagina.
-your armpits must be hairier than your vagina
-your eyebrow(s) must be bushier than your armpits
-you must have an least one armpit
-your face must resemble the front end of a Kawasaki ZX-14
-a strong fish sauce odor must be present
-you must sweat at least 3 beads of sweat per minute if obese. Or must collapse at least 3 times per hour if skinny.
-must have at least one tooth
-BONUS: if your ugly boyfriend would like to model WITH you, even better
and that's about it. No, you will not be considered my girlfriend. No, I will not take you out to dinner. I will however, take raunchy pictures of your not-so-beautiful self and post them on 34 different forums.
And lastly, here is a picture of my car, which you will be destroying with your face:

Bugger all them modern jobbies.......I personally would want a 1950's S2 Bentley, modified with 4WD and a Rolls Royce Griffon engine, tuned to run on alcohol.
A 35.75 liter(!!!) V12 running on pure ethanol puts out about 2500bhp, and about 4000 foot pounds of torque....enuff to pull buildings of their foundations.
Oher essential mods.....
Fridge, espresso machine in the dash, full telecommumications and GPS mapping suite, chemical toilet, fold-out bed, 24 inch wheels, 6 inch pipes, hot and cold water taps, custom built luggage and a bottle of Grey Poupon velcroed to the dash.
It would be SOOOO much fun to be able to shut down alla you folks in any of yer muscle-cars (asian, american or European) in a 9000lb+ car, with 6 of my friends on-board....hee hee hee.......
WOULD YA LIKE SOME GREY FUCKIN' POUPON, GINO????!!!!

I'm a fan of bimbims (obviously from the first pic). I've had several.....If I look at each chassis class, I can pick out a model I like in each.....I like the E30 and the E36's. The E46 M3 is my favorite about now.

I like the 335i more than the m3, power is more easily extracted by the consumer in the 335/135 than the m3.

One curb, and that's the ball game. However, they only weigh about 17 pounds! 10 pounds lighter than a stock GT-R wheel.

yea 02 - 03 bug eye is nice and so is the blob eye. The bug eye's were easy to make fast! i really really like the 06 body style it was made by one of the dudes from alfa romeo and the front end on it is just sweet, took me a minute to get used to it just like the new 08 09 wrx's. The 5 door WRX/STI has grown on me at firsti hated it and now i really really like it, the only thing i have a beef with is the 4door sedans rear end & tail lights!! those damn things should not have been changed SO much, what makes a WRX/STI just that is the god damn TAIL LIGHTS!! its ALL about that rear end, when you mess with that youre gonna piss off the suby fan base, but its more popular than ever now so go figure! its faster and stiffer than ever too, i really wanna test drive one but i know if i do ill just switch up, i cant leave a car dealer ship without a new car for some reason LOL

"Those of you 2009 Nissan GT-R haters out there, you're going to love this one. To the GT-R fanboys, well, sorry, this is going to be hard to make excuses for.
Last week we took our Nissan GT-R to Nissan of Santa Monica for routine service. We knew going in that this was going to be an expensive one. We'd been warned ahead of time that this service was not only an oil change (already expensive on these cars), but also a routine change of the differential and transaxle fluids.
Should be simple, right? Consider this: Automatic Transmission Fluid (GT-R specific) lists for $114.98 per quart. That's not a typo-- maybe an accounting error on Nissan's side, but not a typo. Forget Cristal we're going to start seeing hip-hop videos with rappers pouring this stuff on the ground while throwing dollars in the air. Don't worry, though, we didn't pay that. We got a deal; only $84.24 each. What a bargain.
Once you regain your breath-- lost either by laughing or screaming-- follow the jump for the full break-down of this service.
GTR Oil.jpg
Now that we've all had a good laugh (or cry), here's the breakdown.
Transmission & Diff fluid change:
8 Quarts (Our car took just under 8. They quote 10 quarts, but the ammount used is rarely, if ever, that high. Honest dealers will tell you what your car took. Dishonest ones can easily charge you for the full 10.) of GT-R Automatic Transmission Fluid @ $86.24/ea: $689.92
3 Quarts of GT-R specific differential oil @ $62.02/ea: $186.06
Labor: $500
Oil Change:
1 Oil Filter: $6.95 (finally, something normal)
6-quarts Mobil 1 Synthetic 0W40 @ 9.38/ea: $56.28
Labor: $150
New Engine Air Filters and in Cabin Microfilter: (We could have saved a few bucks and done this one ourselves, but the car was already in the shop.)
2 engine air filters @ $52.86/ea: $105.72
1 Micro Air filter: $53.38
Labor: $115.00
The remote entry was repaired at no cost.
Our service advisor also noted that our right-rear tire had lost a strip of rubber on the inner edge, metal was showing. We have a set of tires already orderd from Stokes Tire Pros in Santa Monica.
TOTALS
Labor: $817.50
Parts: 1,101.31
Tax: 90.86
Total charge: $2009.67
Days out of service (including estimates for the repair): 4
As easy and fun as this is going to be to skewer in the comments, here's a side challenge (which we've also got posted on a white board in our office): What could possibly be in the GT-R specific oil to make it cost $114 per quart?

As far as what's in it? Better be the blood of an albino elephant @ those prices. In all seriousness couldn't you have a sample examined @ the lab? I know Nissan has put alot of engineering into this car and is very meticulous about their assembly so you never know if it's some ultra low friction high viscosity space grade shit. Then again you could be paying for all the time spent designing the fancy stickers on those quarts of oil. still a sexy car either way.

All that stuff can be bought on the internet at a much cheaper price, and then taken to the dealer.
I know plenty of R35 owners, and they don't pay that.
Also keep in mind, THIS IS A SUPERCAR.
Go and see what a F430, 997TT, or Gallardo cost to service...and then remember each of those cars are SLOWER than the GT-R.
Also, keep in mind that the GT-R posted the same time as a F430 Scuderia, on the Top Gear power lap.
Furthermore, the GT-R has recently posted an official time of 7:26 on the Ring, matching the ZR1s time...
That time is faster than a Carrera GT and a Zonda F Clubsport.
Now on to the DCT.
The warranty was never voided, by having the VDC off ( aka Launch Control). The feature is to free the car from snow or mud... Those are Nissans own words. Just happens to bee a coincidence that the 09 GT-R would lay down a 3.2 0-60 if you used it on tarmac.
Warranties were voided because, in the owner's manual it says "The car is not covered under the factory warranty when the VDC is off". After 50-100 launches dumb ass owners started grenading their trannies, and the law suits followed. None have won either. I am not sure of any car that can take repeated clutch drops at 4500 rpm.
Now for the GT-R I am getting, the 2010. The LC has now been changed, to where it revs to 3500 rpm, instead of 4500 rpm, thus making it a bit less violent. The result is a 0-60 of 3.3 and a 11.4 1/4 mile....BONE STOCK. Also, the VDC does not have to be turned off, so it is completely covered under warranty. You can launch that bitch from every stop light.
Hope this clears up some of the rumor. Get a TON of bad information, on car forums. Most HATE the GT-R.

There is a difference between a SUPERCAR and a car with super car performance. Do you classify the older skylines and supra TT's as a super car?

0-60 in 3.3
1/4 mile in 11.4
1:19 Top Gear power lap
7:26 Ring time
Yeah...I'd say that is Supercar territory.
Tony...There is a difference between Supercar and Exotic. Ferrari, Zonda, Lambo, etc. are all exotics and sometimes supercars. The ZR1, SRT ACR, GT-R, 997TT these are rare, but not really exotic, however each one of them are supercars.
Hell, my daily driver got around the Ring and was only 5 seconds off a F430. While the F430 was a great car, it has been surpassed. If you need evidence, check their resale value. You can get a 05 F430 now for 140k... Which is really cheap!

The R35 doesn't have launch control . We have to stop and realize that the U.S is full of dumb consumers that can't read a manual . VDC is not launch control , its for getting out of mud or snow . Why these pretendo racers use it at call it that is beyond me . But since we don't know how to use ANY technology wisely that Japanese are nice enough to release the new 2010 with an actual Launch Control feature for us idiots . VDC = Vehicle Dynamic Control, its basically traction control, and I have it on my rwd car. VDC will actually prevent you from getting out of mud and snow, when you push the VDC its actually the VDC off button. VDC is usually turned off for spirited driving, breakin em loose, and going sideways. Yes turning VDC off is a lot of fun, but many have regretted turning it off.

You are right , we shouldn't care . But these dumb consumers
are not properly using a product and then spread'n bad rep on it or just bad information . It's like they are trying to microwave a burrito in the toaster and complaining why their kitchen is full of smoke . And if I wanted to go balls out on the GT-R , I would read the owners manual first on how to do it safely or reliably .
It's like giving a novice an anti-lag system , you know they are going to blow the turbo or the engine quick because they don't know how to use the technology properly .

Top Gear rated the Ariel Atom 2 at 0-60 in 2.9s. Any upgrades take it that much further.
They used a mindly tuned (supercharged) CTR engine in the test, however, they are made with the GM Ecotec now. The reason being more torque is more easily achieved.
As far as GM's 4 cylinders, they are pretty sweet as well. You can make gigantic power with those. More torque easier than any Honda 4cyl. I drive an Acura and i've got long roots in GM. So i don't take a side.
The problem with fast foreign cars these days is they rely too much on power adders or cutting waaaay back on weight. People think that running a 11.4 on a twin turbo inline is the bee's knees but in reality you can do that with a Vega and a GM Crate 383... and it'll cost you $60,000 less
The Ariel Atom with a GM high rev 327ci 327hp 350ft/lbs will shit on anything, all day, every day. You can't touch GM in terms of V8s. They've engineered countless v8 platforms that continually place in the top 2.
Can you make more power than a GM v8? sure. But if you plan on making a foreign(outside US) V8 as fast, you're going to be spending at LEAST 1.5x the amount.
It's why you see a lot of guys throwing the GM LS series (1, 2, 3, 4, 7) in their Mustangs, Supras, RX7s. for the price/performance, it just can't be beat.
As far as getting a piece of gravel in your face at 100mph? It's why they invented road racing helmets! hehe

I never said it was going to break any track records, but on a budget if you want a fast car nothing beats a lil bit of cash and some domestic know-how.
The numbers people seems to boast are 0-60. 0-100-0. With 80,000(not counting taxes titles and fees) one can build a super performanced minded car. It doesn't take turbos or variable valve timing.
I agree it would add some weight. Aftermarket companies make aluminum blocks that weigh about a hundred pounds. Aluminum heads can be had even easier. Throw a different offset wheels on there with another inch of meat.
More torque would benefit a car on a track with a lot of turns. Having to rely on the engine to spin up to 4k+ to start to gain power is a waste of time. Having power on demand from 2k makes it much easier to pull a lead or come trashing out of a turn. Horsepower is only 1 piece of the puzzle.
The car i have now, i have to rely on higher engine speeds for my power, so from a stop light my car gets owned.
Mr. Tony
04-29-2009, 03:16 AM
yeah but idgaf about 0-60 as I'm more of a canyon carver than stop light to stop light driver.
Variable cam timing is cool though because you an have the gas saving profile for cruising/ around town and the super aggressive profile for aggressive driving.

0-60 is a standard measurment in Auto magazines, so is 0-100-0, and the 1/4 mile.
It is a measurement that a lay person, can get there head around.
True auto enthusiasts, really don't look at the 0-60, as it is pretty pointless.

You will not be able to build a AWD car, that can post the same lap time as a F430 Scuderia, with a DCT, and V6 for under 80k...
Granted you might be able to throw a bunch of parts in a car, but in NO way will it be as refined as a GT-R.

i wasn't looking at cars, was looking at glass but bursted into hysterical laughter... thought it was pretty funny.

Who said anyting about all wheel drive? All wheel drive is a great way to make up for poor driving ability.
that dude twin-turbo'd a lambo and it only does a 9.1????
So not only does it cost upwards of 300,000 USD to buy the car, but then you need to do all the hand-made work to it for another 100,000 USD to make it run a pathetic 9.1s 1/4??
PLEASE dude....PLEASE.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2weBQH0rAY
This guy did it in a 4,000+ lb station wagon. Best part is you can go buy parts for it at AutoZone or an aftermarket magazine.
whereas with that lambo you've gotta special order parts, wait two weeks, go to the lambo dealership and pay a premium for JUST A NAME.
I know there is cars out there that cost millions of dollars. I get it. If a person wants a hot flashy ride that some company made for them to make the ladys' ginies tickle then yes, he should go ahead and compensate.
But for a person to build a car himself in his own garage that can spank a man with no talent who happened to be born into wealth and bought a $300k car with daddy's money is just sooooo worth it.
Refined and raw power? They don't belong in the same sentence.

So all this car talk is to pick up a girl? Hundreds of Thou's on impressing a girl? Who gives a fuck what a girl thinks about my car? And what kinda woman are you chasing after that the only thing you can catch her attention with is a prancing pony. Chicks like that are like little kids man "i want this, daddy", "Daddy, i want one of those".... Women who act like a 12 year old only child nausiate(is that a word?) me.
If you have to pay big money to get a girl to like or notice you, you have bigger problems!!
I guess the analogy would be a guy who pays $2000 an ounce of OG kush to impress his friend while this other guy is growing it at $50 an ounce for his own pleasure....Which one seems more of a douche?
At the end of the day it's all about pleasing yourself. If you work very hard to buy yourself your dream ride. I agree with that. If you work very hard to build your dream car yourself, well, that's 1-up in my book.

Tuner cars never work either.
Have you ever noticed, how someone who is working on a car, is never quite done.
AWD is for folks who need it. I live on a hill, and have a rear wheel drive sports car that I can't ever drive in the winter months. AWD would laugh at that.
Why is it the most powerful cars in the world are AWD??? Might want to think about that.
I'm sorry but you have NO clue what you are talking about.
That Lambo does 60-130 in 3.5 seconds. That is SERIOUS performance, and I promise you the guy who built it didn't do it for chicks.
You are into dragsters, those are good for one thing. Drag racing, otherwise they are useless. That Lambo can go on the track, strip, and road and demolish everything.
As far as refinement, you obviously haven't driven a car like a Ferrari, 997tt, GT-R, or Gallardo. Power and Refinement go hand in hand, when you know what you are talking about.
As far as picking up chicks?!?!
How many chicks even know what a GT-R is.

That wagon is cool I guess, but drag racing is so fucking boring. go throw down at a road course then talk shit.

I don't have a car that I would want to track. While I know how do drift, and I am comfortable driving fast, and understand turning. I have never competed at an event. Besides, tracking a car is very hard on it. I am just getting to where I can afford the payments on these things, last thing I want to do is put it in a wall.
I had a SC300 that was converted into a 2jz-GTE Supra. It had about 600 at the wheel. If I still had it, I would track it.
Changed the auto out and mated a 6 speed. So I know all about tuning, and it's a pain in the ass. I would rather pay someone who knows more than me.
Sucker was tail happy as all hell. However, I had to get rid of it to get my V. Now I am thinking of trading the V in on a GT-R and getting some sort of DD. E class of some sort.
I am going to tune my GT-R, but it is going to be done by a pro shop, not me and my buddies.
Mr. Tony
04-30-2009, 01:32 AM
why wouldn't you want to track the V? Just cover any body panels with blue painter's tape your worried about getting pitted from track debris.

yep, i don't know what i'm talking about... I guess if you don't spend $1,000,000 USD on a car you just aren't capable of the things those "Gods of the road" are...
Im sorry but that lambo can't go anywhere, anyday and beat everything. There are other cars in the world capable of such feets and it's too bad that they don't get noticed. But if you can't see past the prancing pony then that's your thing.
Integras beat ferraris in road racing, touring camaros like Big Red have repeatedly demolished those exotic "racers" in 30 mile road courses. People with balls and guts and bloody knuckles have been showing the public that it's not about high dollar exotics for 50 years.
I love that attitude though, it's cracking me up. It's like, you built that fast car? so what? i bought mine! lol...
Here's a thought....do you really think that a professional cannot make that wagon pull a G on a slalom? I bet they can do it for far less than $500,000. And they'd laugh alllll the way to the winners circle diving by allll that race bred history.
EDIT: Kind of off topic, but i always thought this was funny. The downturn of this business happened when movies like Fast and Furious came out. Overnight, Drifting was a Japanese sport! ha ha ha ha.... So what? Americans have been dealing with way too much power and RWD. If a camaro is drifting around a corner he's a dumb mid western hick... Throw a japanese guy in a supra and it's suddenly a SPORT!!

I hate the F&F movies.
I hate the tuner scene.
Companies that tune Lambo and Ferrari are not part of that scene.
I am all for a garage build, but give credit where credit is due.
And don't talk to me about prancing ponies, I drive a Corvette powered Caddy, and it will lay down the same quarter as a F430.
I will say this:
There is no car available, that can match a GT-Rs capabilities, for 80k.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtUgQHEmOms&feature=related
Another reason why the GT-R kicks ass. It's just a Nissan. Most people will think it is a hopped up 350. This is a non-exotic supercar (like the ZO6 and ZR1), and I love that fact.
If I were a douchebag, I would go buy a M3 (I'm sorry Bimmer fans the new M3 is a douchemobile), 911, F355, 456 GTA, 360 Modena.
Actually the only car I would rather buy, would be a CLK 63 BS. Which are not nearly as fast.

Well i must say i never had any disrespect for you, Stainless. And now that you mention you drive a V i have to say i salute you!
Although, saying that there is no car available that can compete with the GTR for 80,000 isn't true. Production car for the value, you are correct. To say that no man can create a vehicle capable of those feets with a $80,000 budget is a lie. As long as we agree on that fact, then we are savvy!
BTW, i sincerely hope you don't take my posts offensively. I feel rather strongly about the fact that individuals can create cars capable of great things. What it boils down to is me, personally, i think the accomplishment of a regular man is much much higher than that of a multi-million dollar automaker.
I remember reading early on that Nissan did all the tuning to the car that is possible. Is this true? Other than a full engine re-build i'm not sure there is much you can do to it to make it better.
EDIT* Before, Bobby, you asked me why all of the worlds fastest cars are AWD and to think about it. Well, fast how? a top fuel car can go 300mph+ and it's RWD. So, i suppose you mean all of the worlds fastest PRODUCTION vehicles are AWD. To which i say yes, that is true. Not the worlds fastest cars, however.

Added - From my experience, an AWD transaxle can become a burden on a vehicle due to the mass amount of weight it adds. Will this car perform like this is you shaved that weight? Will that cause too much of a weight distribution issue??

Mr. Tony - i do believe he meant the whole culture of the tuner scene. The baggy pants, loud exhaust strapped up to a stock engine. Neons, big sound systems and big body kits.
I'm sure he has the utmost respect for people who actually do the work to their cars. Tuner is a great word for, like we said, the Fast and the Furious type crowd. I hope that helps, but i won't say that's what he meant for sure! just my .02!

God that sucker is badass CellarD!
Mr. Tony: The scene depicted in the F and F films is what I hate. It's silly.
SnF: No offense at all my man, just talking cars. I do respect car builds from professionals, and amateurs alike. If it is done properly, and not some huge mess. That was my main point. Most "tuned" cars I see are worse off then when they started.
The GT-R is no where near it's potential SSP has a 850 awhp GT-R entering Gumball, and Switzer sells a 707 awhp kit for 17K. Both cars can pump out 10 second quarters.
Also, there are rumors of a RWD, V8 GT-R. That should shave a couple hundred pounds off of it's heavy 3800 lb curb weight. That would probably be more your cup of tea.
Glad to have another gear head in here. A car thread is a needed/welcomed addition to most of that crap in the Toker's Den...LOL!
Yeah, I mainly mean production cars. As far as AWD goes. Just my thing, as far as a consumer. I do love a purist car though. RWD, V8, 6 speed...
I am looking at old SC400s for a new project car. I want to Twin Turbo the V8 and run a 6 speed to it! Should be fun. Having a shop do all the work though. That way there is someone to be mad at if it does not work. LOL.

SnF: Well that comparo wasn't really fair, was it? The Zr1 cost about 30k more than the Base GT-R. Think about this though, the 2010 GT-R just posted a 7:26 on the Ring. That is the same time as the Zr1...

How is this car plated in the US? That's a Washington plate...right? A few years back I looked into importing a Skyline or Sunny into Canada from Japan and plating there through a friend and drive it in Cali. You can get a cherry older car, either model, very inexpensively. Problem is, at least from my research, is they were not legal in the US. I found one company in SoCal that would modify Skyline's for Cali registration but it was ridiculously expensive...almost as much as the car itself cost.
Guess I answered my own question that it's possible to convert one but wouldn't know how to go about it myself. Maybe I should track that owner down...lol.

That's looks like a converted 510 bro.... ^^^
Ahhh...that would explain it. Not into this stuff enough to know the difference there. There's a get together every summer where I live of some Datsun club and the winner a few years back had a yellow 2 door 510 he modified with a turboed motor and all...said he had about $40k into it...:yoinks:. Ever since then those old cars caught my eye and found a cherry wagon nearby to mess with but missed it by a day

Found the info on that particular car
Vintage Skylines are just plain cool. But if you want to get a hold of an original GT-R, you'd be getting off light by just having to amputate a few extremities. The next best thing then is to build your own and that's exactly what one enterprising gearhead in Sammamish, WA did.
Based off a 1971 KGC10-series chassis, the owner began by swapping out the stock mill and replacing it with the venerable L28, 2.8-liter inline six, complete with a trio of Solex side draft carbs, a set of stainless steel headers and a Trust exhaust. 15x8 inch RS Watanabe wheels are fitted at all four corners and the front brakes have been swapped out with units pulled from an R32.
The owner admits that this particular clone isn't a concourse-ready ride, but aside from a few rust spots and some interior ailments, it's a suitable weekend car that easily proclaims your appreciation of the finer things from across the Pacific.
Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to unload his creation when it went up for sale early last month. $15,000 doesn't seem like a bad deal for a 1971 Skyline GT-R – even if it is a clone – so we hope that it's found a loving home in the meantime.

Trying to remember but pretty sure the price for a very low mileage older Skyline from Japan was like $25K and the Sunny's were going for like $10K. That was a few years back when the $ was strong though...LOL.

Reminds me of the Bim's 2002 model a bit, body styling-wise....
