Cloning question

I have a girl whos been flowering for about 3 weeks. There is a lower branch that isnt getting much light and has like 2 hairs on it.

Would it be safe to cut that branch off and clone it? Would that cause too much stress on the plant in flowering and possibly cause hermie or other problems? Or should i just leave it and let it produce the little it will?

I cut 12 cuttings on a plant that was 4weeks into flower and they all took root in 13 days.all 12 are now rootedwell and growing without a hitch.So to answer your question ,yes you can use it.There is a post on here somewhere about monster cropping try and search for it , it will explain alot about this.They say that clones cut in flower will grow a bunch of side shoots.
