Thanks marijuanamat for stopping by. I think it's way cool when the breeder takes the time to stop by to give input. I will probably end up vegging the LS another week before throwing them into 12/12 due to needing to clear out a couple of plants from the flower tent. Will be harvesting 1 this next weekend and I am sure that I will get one or two males out of the SSSDH and some Platinum Hazes I have going as well.

I have 2 females that have shown at the end of week 2. The tall stretchy SSSDH cross and the Sogouda are female Still nothing showing yet on the second SSSDH.

Oh I almost forgot, I will be doing some nice upgrading to the flower tent within the next 2 weeks. I have a 600 watt balast, Solarmax bulb and another 6 inch inline fan on the way to me. I am way excited to get this new system running, I have just not been a good enough yeild using a 400.

Thanks Seis bro. Hey I tried to put in a good word for you on that LED test light. It looks like they went with more mods but they said that they will do it again soon.

Well I have female preflowers on one of the Lemon Stinky's . Does not take much to get me excited lol.

Yeah Uncle, thats the way it goes. So far I am having an overabundance of females showing in the flower tent. If I don't start getting some males showing out of the last 3 plants, I may be forced to pass off a couple to a friend to flower out. Which is ok too, I would still get to sample them out and he has been licking his chops to get some of what I have into his room anyway lol.

Well almost all the plants I put into flower ended up female. Only one Platinum Haze (Different Thread) out of 6 plants turned out to be male. I am now thinking I might delay the flowering of the LS another 2 weeks. They are staying very short (and very bushy), I might just go ahead and transplant them into 3 gallon pots and let em veg awhile longer. It would end up with a better yeild anyway right?

You might be right Uncle,
They are both at about 18 inches tall right now at 7 weeks veg. As you can see in the pic, I had some slight ph/nute issues. After a good flushing and some calmag and ph adjust, they are coming out of it fine. The plant on the right is showing female pre-flower. I am thinking that they will not have much of a stretch in flower either. Maybe someone else can advise me on that.

i ve smoked some so gouda with soma a year ago, definetly some very tasty and potent herb, very close if not better to the cheese uk i've grown a few times...

Thanks for coming by and for your experience with the Sogouda. I am looking forward to trying all of these out.

I may have changed my mind on putting the LS into flower. I may keep the one that has shown female preflower and throw it into 12/12 this week. I will give the other to my friend to flower out and see what it is. I have just enough room for 1 more plant in the flowering tent.

SSSDH X Kali Mist,
While they both have pretty narrow leaves, they are completely different in every other way. One has stetched to almost 5 ft while the other is only at 3 ft and has stayed more bushy:

Yeah Uncle, she started to show some budding sites now. Received the new ballast and bulb, just waiting for the fan and a couple of other items to get here. I will be redoing the flower tent this weekend.

Yeah for sure bro. She is really cool with my hobby and rarely smokes herself. She also helps me keep things in perspective which is always a good thing.
