Easy Rider has the classic gettin' stoned scene. If you've never seen Reefer Madness, it's a hoot and a 1/2.
cheers

Acapulco Gold is a documentary (?) about weed growing, procuring and distribution in the 70's. Really awesome film detailing the old school way of buying and moving dope - from branch to brick.

There's a scene where the lead character tries to make midwestern grass more potent by adding dry ice to it. He also notes that people have tried to make it more potent by letting it rot (gross) and using solvents on one batch of dope to be added to another batch (hello!!!). Since the midwestern grass was basically worthless, they burn it in a campfire and roast marshmellows :) :D :)
