I gotta tell you MrsB, I feel really sad about the tree! I have been looking at it almost every day for a couple of years now. It was a beauty and part of my memory of being there. The back yard must seem really open now! Taking it down almost HAD to increase the light to the garden, at least at certain times of the day.

Yes the light in the garden has increased. But to be truthful we are trying to add a bedroom so when good friends like you show up we dont have to send them to a motel Hope to add a nice big bedroom so when you showup you will have a nice comfy room Tree had a cpl good rotten spots in it and I dont believe in building under trees. Hopefully we will get the slab down soon !! Much love to you all

Took some pics of the yard after the tree had been cut up most of the way...its was a big job...sooo much sawdust omg!
Its all been cleaned up now..just a cpl of pieces left to cut up...





Here is one tomato thats almost ready!!! ...its so early for us to have ripe tomatoes yet!...going to be a bumper crop this year!! hehehe
