very nice ft , and yes i have found some ssh´s going purple when the night times temp drop ... , but it wont affect the yield/potency ..

and for SOL´s Blockhead .. , i like to take mine @ 60 days for a nice uplifting floaty high and @ 72 days for a party killer

Well everything is almost done and hanging. I have been very busy lately and have not gotten to take as many pics as I would have liked. Here are two pics of a ssh that definitely turned purple. Take care guys.

well people i have been through a lot of this and that and its been a long hard two years. of course i started up again and wanted to go big for me. so i planted 40 seeds. chem d bx1, double straw D, deep purple, and sour bubble bx3. problem was i got budboxes and they offgassed and killed a bunch of them. my pictures will hopefully tell the story and i will get back to you guys when i can. need to post these and get ready for bed. thank you for the opportunity to belong to such a great community. home away from home for sure, peace and smoke. o and ITS ABOUT TO BE ON!!!

little update on the cloning situation. first run of 40 clones in new cloner and I am seeing about 50 percent success rate. i think after i get a repeat cycle timer on them 1 to 4 or 1 to 5 i will see an improved rate. maybe ill use something more then just superthrive in the water like a gel or something. either way the genetics have been saved so mother plants can happen. planting 4 packs of seeds and trying to pick out the best pheno for mother plants takes patience. i couldnt imagine what breeders have to go through in terms of patience testing males back and forth. will start flowering the 1200w room soon. trying to get all me ts crossed and is dotted. peace and smoke heads







clones are deep purple, sour bubble bx3, chemdawg d bx1, and double strawberry diesel in case you missed it. hopefully i will be able to find some great ladies of each strain. there are 3 different sour bubble bx3 girls, 2 males, 3 different chemdawg d girls, 4 deep purple ladies, and 2 different double straw ds. i think i got a fighting chance

ive really been trying to analyze how i have it setup right now, i dont think it is the best way, but cant see any other options.
i have a 600 on each side inside. one side of each reflector is open sucking air from the middle of the cab and the other sides of the reflectors have ducting run out each side of the tent to a duct muffler outside of the tent which is hooked up to a HO 6" canfan which is hooked up to a can 50 on each side. so that is 2 of everything, 600s, reflectors, duct mufflers, canfans, and carbon filter. the filters are on the floor on the sides of the tent. I wish I could do this differently but do not know the best way. maybe use one fan to just focus on the lights and use one fan to scrub the air? save other filter for backup? I dont know. would love to hear how some 4x8 ft tent users are doing it or another more effective way I could set this thing up with what I have. good luck neuronaut, I know I need it. peace smoke.

I am in the process of goinghydro and I am building the ebb and gro system or the multiflow system. i would like to make any and all little improvements on it so with a little help of the vast knowledge here on ic, i can make this info step by step for the masses. here is where i am at right now.
list
1. 36 2 gallon buckets, sit bucket in bucket for 18 bucket system
2. 3.5 gallon bucket for controller, should i go with a 5 gallon instead? why?
3. 55 gallon res barrell
4. 15 1/2" tees, do i want regular tees or compression tees? why?
5. 3 1"2 elbows, do i want regular elbows or compression elbows? why?
6. 3 1/2" bulkhead fittings, coming out of controller bucket to 3 rows of 6 buckets, does this sound good?
7. 18 1/2" grommets, put in buckets to connect them with tees and elbows. not really exactly sure where to get these or how they work with tees and elbows, help?
8. 2 simple timers for controll of pumps in res and controller bucket
9. 1 mechanical float valve to be put in controller bucket
10. 50 ft black raindrip poly hose 1/2", should i change everything in the system to 3/4" or bigger?, any place online to get all the components for this in 1" or so? will this be better? why?
11. direct drive pump, can run dry if needed for a minute, dont know what model or size yet? any help?
12. normal pump to pump water in res to controller bucket, size of pump?
13. lava rock because it is cheaper, enough to fill buckets
14. extra tee for anti-siphon in top of res?

anything else or any changes you guys see I should make? any tips or ideas to make system better etc etc questions and learning and questions and learning.

I vaped(helped a lot with the wetness) what probably would not even would be called a tester of my sour bubble bx3 pheno 3 and am pleasantly surprsied by the stone and the taste that lasts in my in my mouth or head. you know what Im saying? I cut from very bottom of plant, which this crop was seeded for bean chunking purposes, and pulled out a couple beans or 3. hopefully enough seeds to send in a handful of packs as freebies. more to come....................

starting to get some good cured buds and that means time for some smoke reports. first post will be my sour bubble bx3 S5 pheno


appearance- very dense, covered in trichs, sparkly yum yum, lighter green compared to other short pheno, no purple

smell- very sweet, only one to have this smell, sweeter then s4

taste- inhale smooth and little sweet on inhale, not really blowing me away in taste, smooth and sweet is all i can say.

high- calm, slows things, very quick buzz, relaxed, spacey, floating on a cloud, gets stronger and stronger, opium-like, head feels light maybe cause body so heavy

overall- dreamy bud, head stone, couchy, not in my opinion best pheno im working with

next is my attempt at a re-veg. this is my sour bubble bx3 S4.


appearance- absolutely frosted, dense, taller pheno of the bx3 for sure, easily stretched double what the others did, lighter green, no purple, longest flowering,

smell- coffee grounds, unlike any weed i have ever smelled before, spicy coffee grounds guys

taste- sweeter on inhale, spicy coffee taste on exhale, hashy coffee, lingers on back of throat while sweet on front of tongue, taste stays with you, spicy hashy coffee

high- transparent at first, begins in head, head waves, head pounder, in through the ears, very very strong creaper, comes on so gentle you dont feel nothing but a slight buzz and then bam you are done, moves to body and body waves, rocks both head and body together, nauseatingly strong,

overall- intense, absolutely rocked me, stronger then s5 and smelled absolutely unique, tasted the same, i do question the length of time the buzz lasts still.
hopefully my reveg will work so i can test this one further.

update she ended up dying but luckily i have some f2s i made from this pheno. definitely something here with this one as it was the tallest and the most coffee smelling

now here is my favorite deep purple so far. it is the P4 pheno. look at how fat the nugs are. It is very fast as well. As seen in my pictures earlier in this thread she does turn a hue or two of purple.


appearance- very frosty, purple hue to it, dense little golf ball nugs, fastest flowering plant i have right now

smell- sweet and floral, smells up the whole grow tent, over powers other plants in this dept, very floral and sweet, hint of grapey sweetness

taste- sweet, over ripened pungent fruit, smooth inhale, lung expansion for sure

high- instant, head and then creaps to body, and then a good even buzz, relaxing, so high i sit there holding bowl after each hit for what it seems 45 minutes, then i take another hit and sit there for another 30 minutes it seems, intoxicating, slightly drunk, slows you down and time distrotion is there, sensory enhancer in every way, very potent, comparable to the s4 pheno of sour bubble in potentcy, buzz lasts longer here, mabye not as much of an ax to the head as s4, but will leave you wondering what the hell happened after those first two hits.

Here is my absolute favorite smoke. This is THE lemon g.

appearance- airy buds, untrimmed, leafy, some crystal, not excited about the looks of thi, whoever grew it could have done better

smell- lemon pez candy store, citrus, pinesol, lemon candy, smell will linger in my grinder 10 bowls after my last lemon g, very special

taste- dry hits are lemon candy, lemon candy on inhale and exhale, in nose and throat, lemon fizz, stays with you and good to the last hit, have found roaches of this weed and smoked them and felt liek it was a treat. i cannot stress enough the taste of this bud. it sticks out to me more then anything else ever, first hit, last hit, roach hit all great

high- more in the head then body, smile on your face, smoke lingers, good strength, kind, music good, heady, back of head, little upper body, put a forced smile on my dogs face no shit, solid head, A+++

p4 pheno
a pheno of deep purple or querkle that has a light grapey sweetness on the inhale and leaves the aftertaste of a starburst in your mouth. no specific flavor of starburst, just that flavor you have in the back of your throat after eating them. relaxing, heady buzz that goes into body eventually, dont know if it is going to be the keeper or not, so probably not. yielded the least out of all, finished the fastest though.
